We were met at the front of the shop with a friend day welcome. After been directed to Louise's desk, Louise listened to what we were hoping for and did a few searches till she found us the perfect holiday. Louise explained everything as she went along.

Got my steps in.
Problems with computer systems ,meant we were instore over an hr trying to complete our insurance booking.
The lack of instore system meant i had to leave the store at least four times to get a signal .
This wants lookin into .

Happy Holiday
I called into Hayes to book a holiday for my family and was greeted politely and sat with a young lady called Shelley
She showed me holiday packages and described all the details until I chose one
Shelley was confident and knew what to look for
She has a sense of humour and I would definitely go to her when I book another holiday

We t in yesterday and booked a cruise ,staff were very friendly, when I got home realised my cabin had obstructed views. Went back into branch this morning spoke to a lovely lady who sorted it out in no time couldn't have had better service .Thank you Barnsley
