Very good service from staff

We have booked a variety of holidays at this branch and have always been made welcome as soon as we've walked through the door. J-L demonstrated her knowledge, answering our questions fully and guided us through our cruise booking. She advised us on the different cabins, highlighting which choices were available which was very helpful with me wanting a solo cabin. I would confidently book through Hays, Aldridge in future and would highly recommend them.

Great service from Jamie Leigh.First meeting was a discussion regarding Newmarket Tours where we asked questions about different locations, returning the next day to book Classic Spain. She went through it in depth and picked up on a cabin luggage query which was persued and confirmed by email service a couple of days later. Will definately be back again.

The 1st and 2nd of June me and the wife went to Aldridge Hays Travel to book a cruise for next year for the family we dealt with Jamie Leigh she was very helpful in booking this cruise for us,arranging cabins close to each other and different ways of payment couldn't do enough for us we was well impressed thanks Jamie.
