Crooked company

I would not recomend anyone in the world to use this company! We tried to get in contact with them for nearly 1 month, we called all the numbers we could find many times, all with the same voicemail saying they are too busy to answer, we wrote tons of emails - no reply. We even went to the 2 adresses of the company and guess what, 1 place was a construction site and the other some random guys privat address, who had nothing to do with this company. Finally we went to some of the "guides" at Nyhavn selling tickets, they would not give us the number for their boss and said we could find what we need on the webpage - which we know is a lie.
