Do not use

Do not use . They take your money never dispatch your item and then ignore emails asking for a refund. Total scam company their phone number is not theirs and emails are ignored

This Company is dishonest

This Company is dishonest in its Discounted prices and quality of their products. I bought a Solar Garden Water Feature. I should have been warned as they couldnt tell me its size. The item was heavily discounted again the warning signs were there. I sent emails to raise my concerns and was always kindly told things were moving along nicely. 16 reassuring emails later the "Object" arrived. all 5 inches of it an absolute CON - I have sent an email to request a full refund, The small parcel has no return address nor any invoice . I should also have seen they trade as HAVENDON but their email is with the N - i think its their way of laughing at my stupidity in that i Have - don
I now know the returns policy
You can only cancel your order in the first 5 minutes of placing your order.
The return address is in the USA there are none with the UK address. Returns are at your own expense and must comply with Customs.
This is a genuine review of a fraudulent Company plying their trade here in the UK. I am fortunate that I've only lost £59.50. Please take notice of my honest review
