Would be no stars absolute joke of a company one of there customers hit my car 100% at fault. This company has basically just ignored mine I now have to go to court to get my money they make a mockery of there own industry.
Avoid this company like the plague! I had an accident on the 11th November 2024, my vehicle was deemed a write off & taken away to salvage on the 27th November. I am still awaiting my total loss claim being paid, all I keep getting told is it's being reviewed, in the meantime its costing me money each week to hire a vehicle to get around. The don't respond to emails & it takes ages to get through on telephone. Appaualing service, next step is a complaint to FCA & PRA

Extremely poor service
Astonished how slow the process for a claim where I was not in any way at fault. No communication and having to constantly call for updates only to find out that the claim was sent to a retired engineer. 3 months overall it took to repair my vehicle with your authorised repairer who were equally fed up with your poor communication …The garage owner providing negative feedback on the company.

Terrible experience. They did everything possible to avoid paying out on the claim, including misrepresenting data, lying about communications, refusing to pay any of the claim to I had agreed to their valuation and offer, thus leaving my family with young children in a living space unfit for habitation or food preparation. Insisted I pay more towards my policy in order to receive the reduced payout. Also, respond kindly to these comments, and then go on to do nothing about it. Please avoid and save your money in the long run by going with a more reputable provider.

After speaking to a young man on Friday as to whom was very very helpfull by addressing all of my concerns he help me navigate my claim ref no as to may I point out was not given to me advised me as to what to sent in to your selfs and was very resurrection to say the least the young lad could not do enough to asst me he had the time to go through things slowly made thing very clear as to how things are done and gave me that reassurance that thing will work out OK and not to stress my self as he stated after a accident the levels of stress goze throu the roof we are her to take that stress away from you and to allow you to get on with your life as from a day to day we deal with matter all we ask is you supply as as much info you have we will then take as to what we need and sort matters out I have every abaraison for him as he is a gem in the making and is all ready good at his job carry on like this throu out his carer this young person is going g places I worked in the newpaper industry for 35 yrs I was a compliance officer its not often you hear of a young person talk and asst pepole like he has my hat goze off to him a job very well done indeed please recognise the enoffts of this person as we need a lot more joshes in the world to day at least to make a balanced change to wich would be fabulous 👌

Contacting them is hard, then replying is even harder. Nobody seems to have a clue what’s going on, I’ll be going to the ombudsman for sure.
Clearly not taking it serious and before of the reply of “please respond to us” you havnt even been in touch to my last 2 complaint emails explaining the severity of losing this work vehicle. Whilst being forced to keep up the costs whilst you drag your feet.
November-December they had stated they made payments which they hadn’t at all.
Awful experience. Life changing in a bad way.
I would love a response to my complaint rather than being forced to wait another 8 weeks which your letter had stated could be possible.

I've been with them for 12 years without a single claim or any issues. Paid annually. Every year they get stricter. This year without prior warning or notice they won't renew my policy. Only giving me a couple of days to find another insurer. Absolutely terrible company

I’m an industrial roofer with a small company!
I admittedly over worked myself and fell asleep at the wheel,
Colliding with a artic lorry and luckily no one else was injured other than me,
I suffered a total hip replacement surgery fractured wrist and broken hands and mentally unstable…
20k truck they offer me 10k which I am ok with to then find out I had gap insurance to then inform them of this and they tell me they are refusing to deal with my claim because THERE INCIDENT REPORTER HAS INCORRECTLY stated I may have been drunk or over the limit…but have taken my vehicle and destroyed it!!!
no police report, no evidence, no police reference number!! Just utter bullshit and parmed off by rude employees who don’t want to know!!! Solicitor and ombudsman involved..
DO NOT USE THIS SHIT SHOW OF A COMPANY…

Absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of driving experience. I submitted a claim back in March of last year, and to this day, it has not been resolved. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating.
I’ve spoken to countless managers, all of whom either lied outright or made false promises to follow up, which never happened. I’ve even gone through the effort of filing complaints, but that too has been completely pointless—nothing gets done, and it feels like they couldn’t care less.
Haven Claims has made what was already a stressful situation unbearable. The delays, lies, and lack of communication are inexcusable. To anyone considering this company: DO NOT DO IT. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
This has been, without a doubt, the most aggravating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had with an insurance provider. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid Haven Claims at all costs.
