I got cheated and lost 130€ for buying a cheap polyester . I ordered Leinen sofa cover but received cheap polyester cover made in China and not even worth 5€ . I sent it back and also raised dispute in PayPal but no use .. the product was 100€ while buying but with return postal costs 30€ I lost in total 130€ in a shitty e-commerce website named Hauser Berlin. This website must be banned . I responded them many times with return shipment code details. But they stopped responding to my email anymore.
Edited on 3rd Jan 2026: After 5 months of sending back the 130€ worth packet. They refused my return in China and sent back to Germany via DhL and was asked to accept the packet by paying 10€ 😢 .. can you imagine the lose I paid for 10€ product.. 140€
By the way I did reply on time in September month and I sent back the package in August end and replied also in Paypal but there was no response from Paypal or info(at)hauserberlin.de team. I have email proofs. They never replied back.
