Due to a tube strike my wife and I had a few extra hours in London. On a whim we contacted Hatton Jewels about a piece of jewellery. At very short notice Gemma arranged an appointment and we ended up buying two pieces of jewellery that afternoon. We were very impressed with Gemma’s knowledge of the market and her products. All I can say is that we will definitely be visiting them next time we are in London. Thank you Gemma.

I had the pleasure of working with Hatton Jewels to design a bespoke engagement ring, and the entire experience was flawless. From the very beginning, Gemma and Rachel were absolutely incredible — they even stayed late to accommodate my appointment, which meant a lot.

They took the time to walk me through everything: diamond cuts, clarity, colour, settings… the education and detail they shared was fascinating and gave me so much confidence in the process. Their expertise is unmatched, but it was their warmth and genuine care that really stood out.

Throughout the journey, they kept me updated at every stage and delivered the ring exactly on time, just as promised. The final piece is stunning and played such a huge part in making our proposal extra special.

Although we didn't end up buying a piece of jewellery from Hatton Jewels, the service we received from Gemma was superb. She took the time to ask about what we wanted (or as it turns out what we thought we wanted!) prior to our appointment, meaning she was fully prepared when we got there. Really welcoming, engaging and put us at ease which was appreciated. The follow up to the appointment has also been great. I would thoroughly recommend Hatton Jewels.

My husband and I came in to view some earrings we has seen online. We were treated to a warm and gracious atmosphere and the earrings were exactly what we hoped they would be. Gemma then showed us similar items based on our taste and we bought and second pair that were even more beautiful. I am so happy with our purchases and am looking forward to our next visit. My husband recently treated me to a stunning diamond ring to mark our 20th wedding anniversary. Gemma provided clear helpful information in her communications with my husband prior to us visiting the shop and on the day. Initially it was the plan to have a ring made, but Gemma then produced a pre loved ring, which I fell in love with. The ring is absolutely beautiful-full of character and sparkle! Very easy to purchase. I called at almost closing time and Gemma treated me very well, answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about the product I was purchasing. So much so I paid a non refundable deposit to secure my item and that was my first purchase with HJ. At the shop Gemma was as happy as i was for my purchase! The item was exactly as described online and in perfect condition. I definitely recommend HJ and will be coming back.

I had decided on pink sapphire earrings for my wife for her special birthday.
On recommendation I checked various jewellers in Hatton Garden. One website however caught my eye - Hatton Jewels.
A small independent jeweller. I am so glad I chose them. I made an appointment, you press the bell to enter, you are seen individually. The service could not be faulted.
The earrings were perfect and my wife was over the moon.

I "volunteered" with some trepidation to sell my late grandmother's rings. I worried about the risk of dealing with an unknown company and assumed my lack of specialist knowledge would put me at a severe disadvantage. In the event, Hatton Jewels made the process simple.
