I found this company from a google search and so glad I did.
It was so easy to book and Nick was amazing. The traffic was dreadful but Nick made the journey enjoyable. Haslemere to Havant at 4pm - nightmare. I had an early taxi the next day at 06.30 - again this was no problem and the driver was early. The service was first class - highly recommend.
We recently used Haslemere Independent Taxis for our journey to and fro Heathrow airport. Sadly, my experience is that it is hard nowadays to find a firm that is efficient and reliable and that also offers a competitive price, but that is exactly the service we received from Jon and Niels from Haslemere Independent Taxis. Our journey to Heathrow was on the weekend of the recent M25 closure so we were rather concerned after seeing media reports of potential gridlock on roads leading to the airports! In view of our concern, Jon kindly agreed to pick us up an hour earlier than previously arranged which as he had suggested turned out to be completely unnecessary! On collecting us from the airport, Niels was particularly patient and helpful. Jon and Niels were both punctual and sent us timely, clear messages/emails before our journeys to confirm the details which was very reassuring and helpful.
Based on our experience with Jon and Niels, I cannot recommend Haslemere Independent Taxis highly enough and we will definitely be using them for future airport runs. Thank you Jon and Niels!
Shocked and disgusted!!!....spoke about ‘Ab-dabs’ and racist stereotypical impressions of Asian taxi drivers!!!....this is never acceptable and I’m shocked that in 40 years I’ve never experienced this level of racism in sunny Luton!!! Puts Surrey to shame!!!!
