We had the most wonderful stay at Wisteria House, with the whole trip thoughtfully organised by Harrad & Bloom. From the very beginning, the communication was friendly, helpful and personal, making everything feel effortless before we’d even arrived.

The house itself was absolutely perfect, beautifully presented and with so much attention to detail. Everything had been considered, and it was clear that a genuine level of care had gone into making our stay special.

Harrad & Bloom made the whole experience seamless, from the initial planning through to our time in the house. It’s those thoughtful touches and the feeling that someone genuinely cares about your experience that make all the difference.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would wholeheartedly recommend both Wisteria House and Harrad & Bloom. We would love to return!

I chose not to proceed with a booking due to concerns around process and payment security.

The property was listed on Airbnb and Coolstays, but I was encouraged to book directly via email. I was initially sent T&Cs for the wrong property, followed by invoices requesting full payment upfront, including the security deposit, which did not align with the contract terms stating a 50% payment initially.

There was no booking portal, payment protection or automatic refund mechanism, as payment was requested by bank transfer. Although credit card payment was eventually offered, the payment link sent was incorrect. I also noted the contact phone number was based in France, despite the company renting properties solely in the Cotswolds.

Due to the repeated errors and lack of payment protection, I decided to book elsewhere.
