I received a birthstone necklace off my husband for Christmas, I will not be wearing it as it looks cheap and poor quality.

The necklace was absolutely beautiful, I received it as a gift and absolutely love it, after about a month the chain snapped and I contacted them about it and it took over 2 months to get a reply as I had contacted them and so had the person I gifted it to. I think they don't check their customer service email often as they replied to us both at the same time. I then wore it with the new chain and the stone fell out 4 months later, I thankfully still have the stone but contacted them and they still haven't replied after 3 months, I've sent follow ups but they ignored all of my emails. For something with 1 years warranty I'm very disappointed with the quality and the customer service was shocking

Update: they contacted me regarding this and told me my email went into spam, I am very disappointed with this excuse and overall I am very disappointed in the service and the lack of customer service. I don't believe my email went into spam as that's 3 different times they have been contacted by multiple people. I do not believe they all went into spam and I believe they should give some compensation for the awful experience I've had with their necklace and them removing review from the website.

I bought a necklace a few weeks back and it arrived beautifully wrapped with a hand written note and they even added a fabric cleaning wipe. I had some issues with the delivery and contacted them for advice, I got a reply straight away. 10/10 for service and product is great! Would recommend this company :)
