I would definitely recommend Hardtops UK as first company to supply your new Hardtop. No hard selling. Great selection of tops and covers.
I opted for the SJS hardtop, with additional security grills for my German Shepherd's comfort.
The quality of the Hardtop with stainless steel hinges, central locking, good headlining with internal LED light,all at a very competitive price.

Ordered a bed liner for a Fiat Fullback. I was contacted via phone by Hardtops to confirm I had selected for correct vehicle and they let me know when dispatch was taking place. Great customer service and the liner arrived with no issue.

Disappointed
Fairly disappointed overall with the service from Hardtops. Told originally that the canopy and roller shutter would be delivered in 2 weeks, delay after delay and we finally got a delivery date, only for that to be put back 3 days consecutively. 3 days of work lost. Took 4 weeks to arrive in the end!
Customer service were a waste of time - "How can we help? Blah blah, no problem sir ill chase it up and call you back asap!" The courier company are absolutely useless!
No call back.
When the canopy and roller shutter arrived they looked great. Not a lot wrong with the quality. Unfortunately the directions for fitting were woeful. Just generic rubbish. Waste of time sending these out. If you are sending fitting instructions, at least make them model specific.
Whilst fitting, I called to ask for some technical advice, I was told they would send me a video. Nothing. No reply whatsoever.
I'm sure this company are fine if you pay them extra to fit their products, but if you are planning in fitting yourself. Stay away unless you are very good at problem solving on your own, as they cannot/will not help.

Won't refund my money for a damaged return through no fault of my own. Have launched a case with clearpay. Unacceptable company. Will dbe reporting to trading standards!
You can't not refund someone due to the parcel companies mistake in damaging. You have insurance!!

I left the truck there for two days, on my return the paint job was fantastic. Truly made a great deal of difference. Messed about a bit with timings
Messed about a bit with timings, changed me from 8.30 to 9.30 night before as well as saying 4 hours on phone then stating 5 when I got there. Only just arrived and guy was trying to sell other stuff to me. Just a bit pushy for my liking.

Timing was perfect
Timing was perfect. It started and completed as that said. Mathew was very helpful. I had to use my old bars hence the connection bolts has been drilled to body itself. They accepted new bar I ordered without any problem.
