Took £90 for tickets. Cancelled the event and said sorry read the T&Cs.
Refused to help but after looking at other reviews they commonly offer tickets at a crazy high booking fee, (which isnt refundable) then they cancel the event.

One of many customers who bought tickets for HRH Road Trip 2022 Ibiza. A few weeks before the trip HRH cancelled us saying there was a problem with the accommodation. They promised a refund but despite numerous subsequent promises the refunds never happened.
I am very angry they are still trading despite their obvious dishonesty and zero thought for customers.
Will never go to anything promoted by this cowboy company again and I’d recommend everyone’s else boycott them also.

I've been in the site less than an hour and they already run out of an ale. Doom Bar. The 'ale bar' is full of sub standard ales. None over 4.5%. All of substand quality.
