Ordered, paid and no goods delivered. Happy Socks does not answer e-mails or messages through their own web sites. Customer service seems to be totally absent.

Very happy with my Hello Kitty socks from Happy Socks. They seem great quality and delivery was pretty fast. I’d definitely recommend this company.

I had an issue with the return label, which initially annoyed me quite a bit. However, after contacting customer support, they resolved the problem very quickly.
What really stuck with me is how fast and efficiently they handled the situation. That responsiveness made the experience overall positive, despite the initial hiccup.
I’d happily order from them again.

I love Happy Socks, and the customer service team really showed kindness and care. My issue was a bit complicated, but they handled it with patience and empathy and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. Great products and a team that genuinely tries their best.

Terrible Return Process: I packed up what I didn't want and shipped to the address on the website. Found that it had been delivered to a central hub for USPS because Happy Socks did not accept the package, and was waiting there for another delivery attempt! Insane. No wonder they "do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping" -- make sure to keep your tracking number. 3 stars b/c they DID refund me after I finally got a live person on the chat and gave them the USPS info, etc.

Always bought happy socks for gifts for Christmas and for birthdays etc as my partner absolutely loves them, I always get the multipacks.
However I ordered a multipack in November so that I would be assured to have them for Christmas, however I have still not received this order and doesn’t matter how often I reach out to the company or the delivery company no one is getting back to me. I have also requested a refund from happy socks as they are not cheap and again no one is replying. Super unprofessional and I seriously won’t be buying again,

EDIT: Disappointed with the quality, but customer service regarding broken product was fast and excellent. I was offered a nice compensation for the trouble. The experience with the customer service will increase the rating from one star to three, but I will leave the original review below.
Unfortunately, the first and only pair of Happy Socks I've worn only lasted me under two years, worn about twice, maximum thrice a month. The socks also started looking frayed and worn after a few washes.
I've had cheaper socks last weekly wear for half a decade. Very disappointed with the price-to-quality ratio, won't be buying again.

Terrible quality socks. I have several older pairs that I have worn for years. But in the last year this company has gone downhill quickly. Latest pairs have holes in them after ONE wear. I don’t what they changed, but I am very disappointed.

Enshittification of happy socks - older models seemed to have more natural fibers and despite that, are more elastic and generally more durable that the newer versions (old versions with printed white logo on the bottom, newer ones have the logo directly in the fabric). I've been a loyal customer for years, the prints are still very nice but the quality is lacking. Plenty of other fish in the sock market.

They last forever.but before Christmas I went to buy me few new pairs of happy socks 🧦..
Soooo disappointed 😔☹️!Poor quality. The fabric is thinner and got less cotton!! That was the last time that I purchased the brand. Not for the price ☹️😔

Terrible customer service. Purchased in store whilst visiting London (live in Leeds) as a gift. They have ripped as soon as put on. Emailed customer service - explained several times repeatedly that I purchased in store and could not return there as do not live in the area, customer service would not assist, kept stating must go to store. How?!?! A train to London for a sick return? Surely we are not the only people who purchase and live out of area. Rediculous, won’t ever buy again and will be reporting to trading standards.

I ordered 2 pairs of socks via "Buy With Amazon", with a promised delivery date of December 24th. It was to be a Christmas gift. I received an Amazon delivery, but the package was empty. Literally a bag with nothing in it. Amazon took care of the refund promptly, but I suspect this was a Happy Socks error.

I placed an order with Happy Socks for multiple items, all of which were shown as in stock on the website. Shortly after, I received an email stating that one of the items was actually out of stock. I immediately went to live chat to cancel the entire order since I was no longer going to receive everything I paid for. Live chat was closed even though it was within their stated opening hours, so I had to email instead.
Two days later I received a generic email telling me how to return items, even though I had not received anything. I had clearly asked to cancel the order, not return it. I was then told that I could not cancel and that I would have to wait for the delivery and pay to ship everything back myself. I was also sent an email claiming that they had already informed me of the cancellation, which was the same email I had replied to requesting the cancellation, so that explanation made no sense.
After going back and forth with two unhelpful customer service agents who kept giving me incorrect information, I tried live chat again. Only then did I finally receive the refund I should have been given in the first place.
This entire situation was caused by their own stock issue, yet I was repeatedly told I had to deal with the consequences and pay extra shipping. The service was unprofessional, confusing and unnecessarily stressful. Please avoid this company because they take your money even when the mistake is on their side.

I've bought Happy Socks as a Christmas present for three people. The tracking on the parcel hasn't updated in over a week and I can't get any kind of response from customer service despite their promises to reply within a day

I ordered from Happy Socks during Black Friday (27th November), thinking it would be an easy Christmas gift. Tracking showed one delivery attempt on 4th December, but I received no card, no email, no notification whatsoever.
When the parcel didn’t arrive, I had to contact customer service myself only to find out the order had already been returned to the company. Nobody bothered to inform me.
To make things worse, if I want to reorder, I’m now expected to pay full price because the Black Friday deal is over — as if it’s my fault they failed to deliver the item. The company clearly doesn’t care about customers at all.
Absolutely awful experience. I won’t be buying from Happy Socks again.

I bought a pack of three socks in a combo deal. It was advertised ON A SIGN— and I was also told by the cashier that it was 14,99 pounds for the pack. I later checked my card and she actually charged me 40 pounds. Since this was at the train station, I am unable to get my money back. This is especially disgraceful because each individual pack was 11,99, so buying the socks separately would have been 36 pounds. This is not a combo deal, this is theft, especially as I checked the price twice before buying. Absolutely disgusting.

Purchased an Advent Calendar for £126. When UPS have tried to deliver I apparently owe £16 in shipping fees. I have had no correspondence from Happy Socks about this and was at a bit of a loss as to what to do. Their response - "not our problem, you need to just contact UPS". Whilst I understand shipping and import fees, and I am not opposed to paying the fee, I am very cross that this wasn't a) communicated at point of purchase (they said it was clearly communicated "you will see a notification that there will be a customs fee before you proceed with the order", it absolutely wasn't, I have just re-checked the checkout process and NO mention of this) b) I have had my time wasted by Happy Socks and UPS. I will not be using Happy Socks again as their process for this is appalling.
