Happy Shuttle Cancun Reviews 

Jet Blue cancelled our flight the night before our departure time. They rescheduled our departure 1 1/2 hours earlier. I contacted Happy Shuttle right away and asked Victor if we could be picked up earlier. He proceeded to tell me that they needed 24h notice for a change of pick up. I explained that this was not our fault and that I had been a customer of Happy Shuttle probably for 10 years. He refused. Luckily, airport check in was very quickly and the flight was delayed. Happy Scuttle has lost us a customer. Also, since we own property on Isla Mujeres, I have been recommending them to our guests. But now I will steer my guests to other transfer companies. They will probably lose over 100 bookings this year alone. Not a very smart move by Happy Shuttle!

We're from the UK and found Happy Shuttle Cancun through various reviews online. Our two trips included Airport > Peurto Morelos and Peurto Morelos > Airport. Salvador arrived at 3 pm (we actually requested an earlier pickup, which Daniel swiftly dealt with via email the day before), which was incredibly impressive. All the Happy Shuttle Cancun staff are dressed and presented in such a professional way. I couldn't fault any part of our two trips! Highly recommend.

I recently had to cancel my shuttle because our trip to Cancun had to be cancelled due to Covid. While I was expecting a full refund for my shuttle of $75 instead I got an email saying that their new policy if you had to cancel due to Covid was to issue a credit good for a year. If not used you would lose your money. This new policy was not made known to me by Happy Shuttle when I booked my reservation. Had I known I couldn’t get a refund I would have booked with another company. I have no idea when I’ll be coming back to Cancun which is why I wanted a refund not a credit. Don’t make the mistake I did and book with a company that gives you a refund not a credit. I have used Happy Shuttle in the past but will never in the future

I had a great experience with Carlos Rivera as my driver getting me back to the airport after a birthday weekend in Cancun. He was very professional, helpful, courteous, and friendly. He was helpful with our bags and luggage, since there were 7 of us, there was a lot for us to carry. The van was immaculate, which was also very important to me. Thank you Carlos Rivera, for a great experience!

Had a great experience with our driver Carlos Rivera. He was pleasant and professional and drove safely from the resort to the airport. The vehicle was immaculately clean. I’d definitely use the service again.

Happy Shuttle...more like sad shuttle. While the trip to the resort was good, they would not send another shuttle to pick us up at a later time since our flight was cancelled due to weather. They also wouldn’t issue me half of my refund back for circumstances that were unfortunately out of my control. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They guy that I spoke to was very rude and left a bad taste in our mouth at the end of our vacation. If you’re looking for the best shuttle in the area I highly recommend Cancun Shuttle and Tours, their customer service was top notch.

Gustavo at happy shuttle called me while waiting in a stopped shuttle to tell me I had to pay more, he was rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe how happy shuttle representatives treat their clients. I have left this trip upset and disappointed how I been treated by Gustavo, demanding that I pay more or I will loose my shuttle. He called and hung up on me, I don’t understand why I needed to pay more if this picture above clearly states it is per vehicle not passenger. I ask that this company trains their employees how to treat their loyal clients and respect them and to also make corrections to their internet page.

This was the easiest way to get to my final destination upon landing in Cancun. The return trip was also as scheduled. The driver arrived on time at our hotel and it could not have been any easier.

Henry is absolutely fantastic. He has mastered the true heart of hospitality. His professionalism, kindness and passion is what will keep us coming back for more! We can’t wait to visit Riviera Maya again, and of course see Henry!

Happy Shuttle were around half the price of the other airport transfer services at Cancun, so I was a little nervous about using them, however apart from having a short wait outside the terminal building for the minibus to arrive, the service was very good. Vehicles were relatively new, in good condition, and cool, and the drivers spoke some English and were very pleasant and helpful. For our return to the airport, they arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled, and dropped us right at the terminal door. Would definitely recommend.

unbelievable price they offer .we paid only $55 for roundtrip for four of us and we got private shuttle on time didn't have to wait for an extra second.

On March 20 2016 our flight was redirected to another airport because a storm had disabled the radar in Cancun. I was unable to contact happy shuttle to let them know. Our flight was 5 hours late and when we exited the airport they were right there calling out our name! We were so happy to see them. Drivers for the round trip were friendly, courteous , and answered all our questions professionally. Will use the, again and highly recommend them.

Service was professional, timely and friendly. Our driver, Henrry, was the best. He was extremely courtesy, friendly and is a safe driver. He went beyond the expected. It was our first time using Happy Shuttle after many private shuttles in the Cancun area. Without doubt, Happy Shuttle was the best. We will definitely continue to utilize their professional service.
