Cancelled property 5 mins before arrival
We booked via booking.com a apartment in opera downtown with happy season holiday homes. We confirmed on the day of our arrival and they confirmed everything was fine. When we where around 5 minutes away from the property they told it was no longer available. They tried to get us to cancel the booking which means we would have lost our money (we have screenshots) i would avoid this company they also look to rent other apartments so be very cautious with anything this company advertises for rent, it sounds like a scam and booking.com are investigating them. Luckily we found another property but we are now out of pocket on holiday 2000 dirhams and time and had to fund our other property ourselves while we wait for the refund. Avoid happy season holiday homes at all costs.
