I had such an amazing experience at my appointment with Lynda! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel completely comfortable and welcomed. She explained everything so clearly and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease and made me feel confident in the whole process. Highly recommend Lynda to anyone considering Botox. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and so talented

I completed a full course of 6 paid laser hair removal sessions for my back and shoulders, followed by 3 additional sessions offered by the clinic. After a total of 9 sessions, I experienced no visible reduction in hair.

I raised concerns during the treatment, however the sessions continued without any meaningful adjustment. Only after my complaint was I offered additional sessions, which unfortunately also produced no results.

The clinic has since explained that this may be due to my hair type, including lighter hair. However, this raises a serious concern as to why a full course of treatment was recommended and carried out in the first place if the likelihood of success was limited.

While I understand that results can vary, a complete lack of any noticeable improvement after 9 sessions is extremely disappointing.

I had hoped the clinic would take a more customer-focused approach in resolving this situation. At present, I do not feel that a fair outcome has been reached.

I would encourage potential clients to ensure their suitability is carefully assessed and clearly explained before committing to treatment.

I have previously visited this clinic and Dr Khan he was amazing.
However, I recently visited the clinic to ask a question about a certain cream and experienced the most horrid insults about my skin from the receptionist. I didn’t ask for her opinion and as I was in work labelled work clothes, I couldn’t reply as I would’ve liked to. Then I asked what she advised me to do because she highly embarrassed me to,which she replied ‘oh I can’t advise by law’ I felt very judged and hugely embarrassed.

Amazing experience on my first visit. Nisa was able to answer all my questions prior to my booking, and arranged my appointment quickly at a time and date that worked for me. On arrival, Nisa welcomed me and put me at ease. Angela, my Therapist was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. Great treatment and I felt relaxed throughout.

I recently had the pleasure of going to Hannah London Colindale for an exceptional chemical peel service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease by the team. Rachel, who did my chemical peel was incredibly polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the treatment and I appreciated their patience in explaining each step, especially the care instructions before and after treatment. I felt like I was in safe hands throughout the treatment, with no worry or stress.

I have been coming to Hannah London for two months now doing the Munjaro and Emlald and RF with Lynda. She is very lovely and very experienced in her work. She also gives you the best after care treatment. So, it makes you feel like you are still continuing with the treatment while away from the clinic.

For someone who never goes to the salon for hair cuts out of fear, I’ve just had the best hair cut of my life! Lynda was AMAZING as always. She was very patient, kind, understanding and spoke through all different options for my hair beforehand. I am so happy with my results and can’t believe my hair looks and feels so healthy now. You will not regret booking, you will only regret not going sooner!

Booked my appointment for a WOW facial for me and my sister. We got there looking forward to our treat and excited for a day of pampering. My sister on arrival
Was told that due to retinol use in her daily skincare she couldn’t have her facial. (something that could have been cleared up beforehand). I was sat down and for at least half an hour given a sales talk on which products I should be bying for my skin( without the practicioner even examining my skin) and was given negative remarks about my skin looking dull. The treatment then proceeded and felt very rushed and no prep/ not a relaxing environment. Then afterwards I was told not to go in the sun? It was a sunny day outside and I was not prepared. ( I should have been told about this so I prepared before). I had to ask when I can start my retinol again- no information was provided about after care. Overall a very poor service. Not an enjoyable experience.

This is the best clinic I’ve ever been to, my friends and I fly in from Dubai specially to go to this clinic! It’s perfection! The machines are amazing and high tech. The medical assistants are so sweet and kind. I love everything Hannah London is doing to make people more fabulous!

So sorry for negative review. Booked appointment, Showed up and they don’t have any record. Just imagine their customer service at start. Lucky me found their customer service at start. And avoid the treatment which I assume have to be like their customer service.

Went for a back, neck and shoulder massage, the therapist Lynda. The treatment was 30 minutes, Lynda was very unprofessional yawning several times throughout the massage, speaking the to alexia and other people knocking on the door whilst the treatment was taking place. Later that was my whole back was covered in bruises, I called the Colindale branch and advised the following day that I’m in rather a lot of pain and struggling to breathe. I’ve had many massages before and never had an issue like this. I asked Lynda to ease the pressure but she continued to apply pressure, which made it uncomfortable. I spoke to Najat assistant manager at Hannah salon the following day and advice about the bruising, she asked for pictures which I sent in via email. Had to chase the email again several days later, as I didn’t have a reply from the one I sent. To be told that I had a “reaction” and the pictures I said were too zoomed. Najat asked me to send pictures of the bruising which I did. Hannah only offered me a complementary massage, which I won’t be taking with how the massage went and the interruptions, also with how Najat has dealt with this. 0 stars avoid at all cost if you want to be robbed for your money and come out worse than when you went in.
