AVOID. Don't buy from this guy. I ordered on 1/15 and as of 1/23 no tracking or shipping updates. I've sent two emails and haven't received a response. I filed a paypal claim and will not even consider doing business with this guy.

hey love everything but i still haven't got my stuff been over 2 months just need the canada post tracking number.

Ordered the Superman T-shirt November 14th shirt put 3XL instead of 4XL by mistake sent an email immediately because there is no customer service line. They guaranteed that they had changed the size but when I finally received the order not only was the size incorrect, but the quality of the shirt was a very thin and the design was faded. Contacted them immediately took a few days to get a response and then I was told they would replace it with the correct shirt after I sent them a picture of the tag of the shirt I received. December 2nd they confirmed new shirt would be sent, I didn’t hear anything I emailed December 11th and they said they were busy due to Black Friday sales would send me a tracking number as soon as I had one,which my order was done before this so needless to say it’s been over a month still haven’t gotten the shirt got tracking number on December 14th that’s now five days old stating they’re waiting for the merchandise in order to ship the order. At this point, I just want my money back. I love Tom’s music, but I’ll never buy merchandise again.

I have order from HOG about 4 times and I absolutely love his merchandise. He packs and ships everything his self and ask for up to 10 days before shipping. I usually get mine about 2 to 3 weeks after ordering. Be patient because he has 1000s of orders to send out. I would recommend his merch

I love the Hang Over Gang. All my orders have been timely and great quality. Ocasional 'hiccups' have accured, but the response was timely and satisfactory. When you think it's just Tom and those dear to him fulfilling thousands of orders themselves, it's pretty amazing that they arrive as quickly as they do. Let alone all the artistic endeavors and just living life he does...this guy must work 40 hours a day. Solid.

Order a few times from HOG and always satisfied! Had a cd come damaged and was replaced without hesitation.

I ordered the “make America hate again” ski mask & the quality is incredible! Also I live in Toronto Canada, It was sent from Los Angeles it was delivered super fast js 10 days! I am very Jappy with this product! Salute Hang Over Gang Brethren!

He packs and ships everything himself so sometimes it takes a minute but I love all his products and even though he ships it all himself i usually receive stuff in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Tom Macdonald and his merch.

I ordered a bucket for my nephew's birthday gift in the beginning of July, the email confirmation asks for up to 10 days to make and ship out. It's clearly more than 10 days and I have yet to receive his hat! when I tried emailing Tom about it, he took a whole week to respond to me and all he said was be patient..he's a scam! I asked for a refund instead since we have yet to receive the hat but Tom just ignores your emails!!!! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS NON HUMAN BEING, HE CLEARLY IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HIS FANS(THE KIDS) THAT WANTS HIS MERCHANDISE. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, STAY AWAY!!!!

I find these other reviews very hard to believe!!!! I have never experienced anything bad with Tom!!! He always sends my merch right on time!!!! Not to mention the quality of merch is wayyyyy better than most!!! Looks like his haters made their way to his website!!! Y’all gonna have to try harder than that to tarnish Tom or get rid of the HANGOVERGANG!!!
