PLEASE BEWARE OF HANDYSTAR!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
This is just to alert other people especially those that are residing in Germany.I made a contract with Handystar which supposed to start on 01.12.2021 through phone call for a 50GB at a good price but when the contract paper came,i found out that i am not going to receive 50GB as said on their television advertisement but much more little than 50GB.So i quickly wrote and terminated the contract agreement within the specified 14 days right of termination in Germany and before 01.12.2021 which they sent me an E-mail that they are working on my contract termination.I was very surprised that they went ahead and took up to 70Euro from my bank account on 14.12.2021 and i wrote them telling them about the money they took.They said they will refund it back but on 14.01.2022,instead of refunding the money back,they took another 30Euro from my bank account even though as at the time i terminated the contract agreement,i also terminated bank account agreement i made with them not to take money from my bank account. We are now in 01.04.2022 but you can’t believe that they haven’t paid back the 100Euro they took from my account within the space of 4 weeks. Please i don’t want another person to experience the same trauma that i am going through.I have already contacted my lawyer on the issue.
