“THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER - “IMPECCABLE SERVICE, 5 PLUS STARS!”
Me and my family stayed at Grand Jersey Hotel in Jersey for our younger daughter’s birthday the choice was perfect. We felt as “Heavenly in Jersey”, we have to say thanks especially to Michelle Todd and Hugo de Castro of Grand Jersey Hotel. They are so sweet, professional and helpful. They made us feel “Peace, comfort and luxury!” We were always warmly greeted by genuinely friendly staff with a smile and willing to help all the time. Everyone at Grand Jersey was very informative and whenever we had questions they were always had up to date answers. I recommend to everyone that this is “A most wonderful place to stay!” if you are visiting Jersey. Again we want to thank you all for a great time, your kindness and great and friendly service. We enjoyed our spa time, Breakfast and other facilities and felt completely relaxed during our stay at Grand Jersey. Many thanks for a wonderful time with warm regards.
