I feel the inconsistencies within this company and their poor customer service is what is letting them down.
Having said this, I had a positive experience. The bed came on the day and within the time slot that was given. The bed looks lovely and so is the fabric. Some minor issues were that the instructions are basically none existent and had to YouTube how to fix the bed together. We also found that the metal frame that goes under the bed (for the ottoman) was bent and therefore it wouldn’t have been possible to put the screw in but to save the hassle of returning we just bent it back. I would order from this company again but it seems like it would either be hit ot miss

The bed is lovely was quick and easy to put together the reason for 4 star not five the actual bed frame could do with being a bit more sturdy

I’ve bought 2 beds from Hampton beds now and won’t go anywhere else both beds have been to a five star standard last bed I ordered was a few hiccups but they went above and beyond to sort it out will be ordering another one soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a bed and extra large headboard, bed was very good quantity for the money and the delivery was quicker than we expected

Iv had clear instructions when it’s being delivered on email and had an inquiry which I did on messenger they were quick to reply and very friendly and helpful. Bed is absolutely amazing I love it exactly what I ordered colour etc, I actually recommend 3 other people and know one ordered and has had hers delivered and the other 2 lady’s are ordering soon.don’t hesitate order quality beds

I purchased a bed from Hamptons beds and was sent a completely different shade to what I ordered. I’ve asked for them to call me but was only sending WhatsApp messages. I’m really disappointed I put a photo on their Facebook with a comment and that was deleted. Poor customer service.if what they were telling me to be the truth why delete my photo and comment on Facebook just shows there guilty I guess and in the wrong.

Good quality for your money

I ordered and paid for 4 fabric samples of a bed I was interested in buying. Nearly 6 months later I still have not received the samples I paid for. I have emailed countless times and reach out to them on social media and even attempted to phone them with no reply from either customer care sources for “Hampton beds”. I fear what would have happened if I’d have spend the money on a bed what would have happened. Really poor customer service and wouldn’t chance throwing my money at such a poor customer service based company.
Neither is ideal but I’d much rather be out of pocket £5 than £500.

Really surprised with how nice the quality of the bed was. Solid construction and easy to put together. Daughter loves it. It arrived in good time through Amazon, was left by the driver exactly where asked, was well packaged. Really….no issues whatsoever.

The bed arrived earlier than expected with the delivery driver advising on delivery times.
The bed itself is very good quality, my only downside would be the mattress isn’t amazing but doesn’t the job for my son for the time being. Would purchase a bed from them again.

I’d love to give 5 stars the bed itself was beautiful the delivery men were great but upon assembling my bed i found out the feet for the bottom were missing I reached out to hamptons on the Monday as delivery was a Saturday after being told it didn’t come with feet I infact proved it did and was assured these would be sent next day delivery (no problem) only we are nearly two weeks past and still no feet I had to order some at my own cost after spending a nice amount of money for a bed not impressed the bed was not level until I got feet for it so I didn’t sleep on it
