I have yet to receive a costume in new condition that’s not covered in something, missing half the pieces or has giant holes in it! They then take over a week to get you a new costume without even an apology

27970300- covered in mystery brown liquid (this is disgusting!!!) and took nearly 6 months to say they received it back despite promptly returning it

They cannot manage a single order to be correct

Update: They pretended to care on this post but made ZERO follow up, zero action was taken, not even an apology and are calling me a liar.

I highly recommend them! Their quality is unmatched and the customer service was super helpful and efficient. The shipping didn’t take long so I’m overall satisfied with everything !

I had a technical issue from my end that caused a miscommunication, but the representative resolved it quickly and efficiently and I received my costumes in a very timely manner. They were of a very good quality and the price was very reasonable and I would rather buy from here than the local stores.

We bought over 10 animatronics and some other decorations. Fast delivery. The items we received were true to online description. We had a couple wrong items but customer service was good and got the issue resolved promptly.

This is one of my favorite places to shop. They have lots of fun stuff to choose from. And as far as their costumes go, they do their best to accommodate everybody and I do mean everybody! Their customer service is always quick and as helpful as can be. I enjoy getting their coupons and deals so I can buy more.

Delivery was on time it came early I was surprised. The costume was cute and accurate. I got alot of compliments, outfit is true to size an I had an amazing night I will order again and I recommend this company to everyone.

I know them as Fun.com and browsing is definitely fun. I've found 90% of things I wanted and things I didn't know I wanted! When items are out of stock, they ACTUALLY notify you when restocked. Customer service feels like visiting a small store after you've returned from college. They are so friendly and I will be back repeatedly! The quality has also been trustworthy and not shoddy. I got a Hungry Hippos bag. Sesame Street button up. Elmo sweater! WONDER WOMAN BEAN BAG! Yes, it's worth exploring!

Zane was wonderful for customer service help. Fast, friendly, and took the extra step to make my experience great. Halloweencostumes.com is the only place I'll be purchasing my costumes in the future. Highly recommend!

I wanted to share my experience from ordering with halloween.com. I’ve ordered from them for many years and never had issues but one of my animatronics had came back defective, which cost me a lot of money. I’m thankful that I reached out to halloween.com. They refunded my order and I was able to keep the animatronic, even though it didn’t work, but with the credit that I had received, I was able to buy another animatronic And I had no issues with the second one that I bought. I’m very glad very happy and more than satisfied with the fact that customer service reached out to me right away and we’re very quick to offer me my credit or my refund back for my animatronic. I have no complaints about their Decorations or animatronics for me. They’ve always been my go to Store and I love all the things that they make so if you’re ever having doubts, don’t because I was afraid I was going to lose all the money I had paid for my animatronic and customer service did not let that happen and I’m so grateful That they were able to help me out in this situation. They are always right on time. Fast delivery packaged well and more than anything superb customer service attention to their clients.!!

Terrible company to work with. First they sent the wrong costume. Then I had to pay to ship back the wrong costume they sent me. After sending me the right one, they charged me for the right one again because they said the one I sent back had makeup stains. I’m a guy! No makeup here which is how I know they were lying. Scammy business practices to double charge you when they’re the ones making a mistake.

Costume arrived a full week before expected. Though the 4x was smaller than expected customer service went above and beyond helping me exchange for a larger size even though it was marked as non-returnable.

This was the worst experience I have ever had from a business. The return process is complete crap. Warning if you take the costume out of the box to try on and request a refund dont expect any back. Also the customer service rep so called supervisor was horrendous and actually hung up on me because I was asking questions. Overall wouldn't recommend these people as they truly run a scam. Costume was cheaply made as well.

Spent 900 dollars on a Master Chief costume. Was SUPER CHEAPLY made. Tried it on and the pieces kept falling right off! You can't even WALK in it! Packaged it right back up and sent out for a refund only to be DENIED because they consider it "used" . Lost 900 dollars. This site is a scam DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

I had such a great experience with Kelly J of Halloween Costumes! I needed to make an exchange, and she made the process incredibly smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was how above and beyond to ensure I had all the options available and every opportunity for them to get it right. Her communication was prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company so committed to making things right and keeping the customer experience front and center. Once I dropped my order back in the mail, the replacement was shipped the next day and I received well ahead of the event I needed it for. Highly recommend!

Order never delivered. Tracking stuck and hasn't changed in 8 days. Tried to reach out to customer service but there's no response. Feel like I've been scammed and I'm questioning the legitimacy of this site. Sadly has nothing to wear for an event I'd been planning for ages. Very disappointed.
