Half Price Perfumes Reviews 

I've used this company a number of times over the years and the service that I've received has steadily gone down-hill to the point that I am leaving this review to warn other potential shoppers against using them.

I placed a substantial order with them over a week ago, I paid my money and received a confirmation email but nothing has been delivered. I logged into my account and saw that the status was still 'pending processing' which made me assume that there had been a 'blip' in the system somewhere, but this also made me wonder what other recent reviews there were out there for them.

After reading some of these horrendous reviews, I sent them an email asking for an explanation for the delay in my order and I received the same response as a number of other customers have, placing the blame and citing "supplier issues"!

What I find really galling is that nowhere on their website do they state that they don't hold the stock, they'll happily take your money and sit on it until you contact them, and then blame someone else for their lack of customer service!

A reputable company should be advising their customers if they don't have everything in stock themselves and they have to order them separately to fulfil your order, that way it's then Customer choice if they decide to place and order and take that chance.

Needless to say, I've asked for an immediate refund of the monies that I've paid which should also include any financial gain that they have received from my money being in their account and not mine. I've unsubscribed from their business and will never use them again.

I suggest you don't even start to use them!

My order arrived promptly and the products were all great

I placed an order on the 13th of October and paid by PayPal. They took my money, but didn't send me a confirmation email. When I still had not received my order after 1 week I called and the man I spoke with told me they had to order it from their supplier, but they had gotten it the same day and were just waiting for the courier. At my request he sent me an email with my order number and the email also said They were shipping it the same day. I still have not received my order and it feels like I have been robbed. They took my money, but didn't send me my order.
Tomorrow I will contact PayPal to get my money back.
I often buy stuff online but I have never experienced this problem before.
I should have read the reviews before I placed my order.
So beware of this company

Waited 5 days and still no delivery - contacted Half price perfumes via email and they advised the supplier had a delay in delivery - I advised I didn't want to wait any longer and requested paypal refund.
I rang the shop a few hours later and refund was made via paypal -
Ive bought from this company in the past but feel the customer service has fallen - I don't think I will purchase from here in the future :(
I cant fault them on response to refund when I made contact though.

Okay, so I placed my order with this company and they took my money. I received no email confirmation from them, and actually thought the order hadn't gone through until I noticed that they had taken my money. I contacted them to find out what was going on and they confirmed my order and order number, my order was showing as "preparation in progress" I have emailed regarding this and received sporadic responses telling me that it is due to supplier issues? ALL of the items I ordered are stil showing as in stock as they were when I placed my order? It would appear this company will just take your money without actually having the items to sell, they are no doubt earning interest on all the customers money they are sitting on and may or may not have any intention to actually fulfill the outstanding orders? Their customer service is frankly blunt and unable to provide solutions to customers problems! The company is owned by Jason Sterling Zemmel and Natalie Bernice Zemmel, Jason's email address is available online well apparently this is the case, I have copied in his email address on my latest email complaint regarding my order so let's see if I get a reply? Come on Jason and Natalie let's hear how you justify selling products in the underhand manner and earning interest on customers money while not supplying the goods that have been ordered in good faith!

I purchase shampoo and conditioner. Tracking number above. I paid for my items on 20th August, by 31st August still no items received. Emailed them and asked why they said they were having problems with their supplier. Contacted again on 14tg September to request a refund. No reply! Luckily I paid through PayPal and asked them to resolve the issue and miraculously the items were dispatched that day. Did receive the items, but questionable whether this would have happened without PayPal intervention. I would urge customers not to buy ft on this company. You can also purchase the shampoo cheaper on eBay!!

Please please please do not use this company!!
I am yet to receive my order, it's now over a week late and I've had no response to the 5 emails I've sent.
They've taken payment and I'm convinced they have no intention to ship my purchase.
Have contacted PayPal and now trading standards.
Hopefully they'll be shut down soon so will not be able to scam anyone else.
STAY CLEAR! There are lots of other discount perfume sites that are far more reliable.

Half price perfume is a scam. please stay away. Ordered CK aftershave. I can't even tell you how bad there customer service is. Frist of all once I completed the purchase I didn't receive any conformation email to inform me of the purchase. After 5 weeks and still no aftershave. I connected them to see about delivery of my purchase. No reply to my email until I connected Paypal and told them about missing purchase. I then received a email from half price saying the supplier had not delivered. I ask why was I not informed. They told me, as the suppliers are another business we cannot give a guaranteed date - it should be coming in soon but as there are delays we can not be certain. I than asked them why there still advertising the product if there none available and would they send a replacement aftershave. Anyone would do. They said. Hi, unfortunately we don't have any other Calvin Klein aftershave options - we have a few perfume options if you would like.? Perfume, really...lol. A joke of a company. As I said stay away.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, only worth £15+ looked forward to getting them. Nothing, Not even an acknowledement email. Sent 2 emails cahsing, nothing. Finally found a phone number and for others seeking, it is: 0161-445-3753
Poorly directed, poorly managed and customers poorly served. If you're reading this, there is another four letter word I'd like to add before poorly, starts with a p (hint) ends with an s and thats being polite.
Avoid, avoid avoid this company.

Where do I start??!! I have been waiting for a product since the end of June. This was apparently sent and received twice, however I have never received a thing. I have contacted them on at least 15 occasions to attempt to get this resolved but have been met with unapologetic, accusatory and very sporadic responses. Implying I'm lying etc. I have reported this company to PayPal, trading standards and action fraud. The value of my order was only £10 but it's the principle of the matter. I don't expect to pay for something I never receive, then to be left guessing as to when, or even if, this cowboy company will ever reply. Vile, disgusting and will never use again.

I placed my order on the 28/07/16 and I am still waiting for it. I have emailed their customer services team twice and not had any response. I'm going to give them a couple more days before reporting it to PayPal. Scam company.

An update 10/08/2016:
Finally I manage halfpriceperfumes to send my order except for the three perfumes that was said to be out of stock (two of them are still
"in stock " on their website ? They also repaid me the sum of the three missing perfumes.
My order arrived August 5, 2016 and then I found that it was missing two of the bespoke perfumes. The value of these two perfumes is 15.98 GBP. I contacted halfpricepefumes through regular email, via their contact form on their website directly and Manda, Tuesday and today, Wednesday, August 10, 2016, but no answer ... You do not even get an autoresponder message that you contacted them via their contact form. Their Facebook and Twitter pages are updated, however, ruled bound. Tried to add a comment on their Facebook page about my need for answers, but I think the comment was deleted ??? Their Facebook and Twitter pages are however however, very regimentally updated. All I want is to get a refund for 15.98 GBP so I can end all contacts with this totally non trustworthy and despicable business. If nothing happens soon, I will notify this company to the relevant authorities, the UK and the EU protection for consumers.
So do not buy anything from them !!!

First revue 23/07/2016:
I made my order of perfumes for 101,92 GBP 07/06/2016. No one from the company contacted me to inform me that some of my ordered items were delayed from suppliers. Around 07/14/2016 I made a first query about my order and had the answer; delayed from suppliers. All my ordered items were shown in stock when I made my order and I have been checking it up afterwards many times. They send like 4-6 emails per day about their so called offers ? I contacted them again this passed week and asked for the delayed items, but no answer.
Yesterday I send new queries to them by their contact form on their webbsite. To customer service, Jason and webmaster and asked for my items soon, full refund and an update of their webbsite not showing items in stock when they apparently not are ! Do not buy anything from this company if you want to receive your items !!

Placed an order on the 21st June for some perfume that was showing on their website as " In stock " Paid by debit card .
Sent an email to their customer service a week later politely enquiring when my order would be received - No reply.
Tried to call them on the phone - Told number wasn't available. I have sent a total of 4 emails , none of them were replied to . Finally managed to get a telephone number , spoke to Johnathan who said that they were waiting for the stock for come in and if it wasn't this week it would be next week . I have finally lost patience with this company. I have cancelled my order . I have been told that I will receive a refund in 3- 5 days . I will see what happens, but judging what other reviewers have written regarding refunds , I am very sceptical. I will not hesitate to take it further if I don't receive my money.
How can you advertise an item as " in stock " when you don't have it in stock ?
Please save your money and all the hassle, please do not use this company .

Placed an order which never arrived. Called to follow up (after eventually finding a phone number for this company online!) but the number was disconnected. No response to my online or email queries. The only silver lining is that I made the purchase on my credit card. BEWARE!

Was surprised now cheap it was! Great value and real deal. Delivery was a bit slow but worth the wait. Happy customer
