Vi på Halebop är otroligt glada och mäkta stolta över att ha mottagit utmärkelsen ”Sveriges nöjdaste privatkunder mobiltelefoni 2021” från SKI – Svenskt kvalitetsindex. Det är faktiskt 12:e gången på 14 år! Men vi blir aldrig mätta, det ger oss bara mer förtroende att göra vår grej. Att vara trovärdiga och schyssta på riktigt. Och det tar vi med oss nu när vi också blivit med bredband!

do not sign up for Halebop
i had similar experience, thought i was ordering Telia but was surprised to have Halebop. Tried to get out so i could switch to telia, but then was told about 2 year binding period. first i heard of that. so i asked how much to get out of contract, they told me 9000 sek. can not share surf even though my wife ran out and i have 9 gigs available. i will not stay with them on second after the binding period ends and i would avoid this company at all costs.

If you feel cheated on your contract, and have not received what you intended to buy, then you have more than the right to complain about your purchase and maybe return it! If it was purchased in a store, visit the store for help, if it was purchased online with us, come in to our chat and we will help you further! I am sad that you do not feel happy to have Halebop, we would be overjoyed to have you as part of the family! 💖
It is not possible to share surf between two subscriptions, as you write above. But we are very happy to help you find exactly the surf that suits you individually, so if your wife needs more surfing, we will help her with a more suited subscription! I have been a customer for many years…
I have been a customer for many years and have had no major complaints in that time. Recently however, my contract got more expensive (with slightly better benefits, which I didn't need). At the same time new customers get a ~15% discount for the same deal. I understand you need to attract new customers, but you need to watch that old ones don't feel their loyalty is not rewarded.
I now asked to change to a pre-paid model, since all the current subscriptions are much more than what I need, to learn that all my saved internet (which I have technically paid for) will disappear on the date of the change.
At this point there is little to keep me from changing to a competitor. Friendly support and good coverage are what keeps me for now, but in all honesty these are not exclusive to Halebop.

I can give 5stars to the customer…
I can give 5stars to the customer support agent but the lag in between the intervals of our responses was tooooo long. What could have been a 10minute chat e tended to an hour long one.pls look into this this. Thanks

Halebop confirms 4 times that e-sim is…
Halebop confirms 4 times that e-sim is possible for my subscription. Yet when I try to install my apple watch, I get the message that it is not possible for my phone subscription. Halebop cannot help but refers me to Apple support. Apple, quite correctly says this is a problem with the phone operator, not Apple.
The Apple shop has experienced this multiple times with Halebop and the only solution is to go with another phone operator... prefably one that has a support worth the name.

I have no issues with Halebop what so ever but unfortunately Telia finance will not allow me to make the purchase . For unknown reasons not sure of !
Financially there is no problem so I must “assume” it is a discrimination for my age
