Whilst we had good communication when I chased the time from order to delivery was more than I expected even with it coming from Italy.
In failing think it was the logistics company who caused most or the delay.

Very Satisfied
I was worried about an international delivery involving glass, but it arrived in perfect condition. The art work and frame are even more beautiful in person and look very high end. Thank you!

Out of stock rug sold
I was able to order a rug which wasn't actually in stock. I've waited about 3 weeks for it and now been told I've got to wait another 4. I've already got 2 of the same rug in smaller sizes for the same room so I can't not wait. No offer of a price reduction or similar for holding my money for what will have been nearly 2 months if it actually arrives when they say it will.

Incredible bed
Incredible bed! I had a bed in mind that I couldn’t find anywhere and Haffertys managed to create my bespoke bed of dreams. Every detail is incredible and the design and wow factor is everything! Incredible service and delivery. I slept like a baby!

Hafferty chaise with Emma Shippley fabric. The quality is fantastic the velvet fabric is so much softer and denser than the stuff you get on other sofas. It weighs a ton and you can tell will last generations. No doubt because of the hardwoods frame. Considering the excellent quality and beautiful design it is excellent value for money. It is great to see that high quality British workmanship is still out there if you look for it,You really can’t go wrong with this and the fact you can pick the fabric means you will get a unique piece.

Absolutely love my love seat from Haffertys. Adds so much character and colour to the room. It appears well built and the materials are of good quality. It is surprisingly very comfortable to sit on too. Customer service were very helpful and professional, pre and post purchase. Would definitely recommend and will return for any future purchases
