Serious quality issues with leaking taps
Bought a rainwater shower from them. It started to leak twice in 4 years and was very hard to find the right new part to fix it, it took one month to deliver, also very difficult to change the part and no instructions available. Then Hafa told me that there is no more spare parts to buy for my shower and I need to buy a new shower. The new shower took month to arrive and once installed started to gush water out of it at full volume during the night and emptied all warm water in the building. Very lucky there was no water damage. Then Hafa told me once again to wait for one month for a spare part to change on my own. They keep claiming they dont have a quality issue with their showers..

Our Finnish customer service team has done their very best to assist you in this matter. The mixer you are referring to was discontinued from our assortment in 2015, and as your product is now almost 15 years old, the availability of spare parts is unfortunately very limited.
Despite this, our quality department was able to locate a spare mixer. In addition, we are also providing you with a new cartridge at no cost, even though the product has long been discontinued. We did this in order to help you keep your product functioning for as long as possible.
We fully understand that it can be frustrating when an older installation can no longer be repaired with original parts. At the same time, even high-quality products have a natural lifespan, and after 10–15 years of use it may sometimes be necessary to replace them with a newer model.
