Haderslev Kommune defend employee's wrongdoing
Going up against Haderslev Kommune is like trying the devil´s case in hell. You are bound to loose, regardless. For one thing, they have all the aces, in that they can use tax payers´ money to hire the best lawyers, they own all documents concerning your case, the law is on their side, and if you complain about them, the appeal system always back them up etc.; so you see, it is like living in Russia. I think something ought to be done about their power which they also exercise with an iron hand. It looks like dishonesty pays. When the employees make mistakes and you need access to your documents to prove your case, they shove the laws, which their expensive lawyers master, in your face denying you access. It is even possible to fabricate evidence to win cases, who would tell? If you wish a job where you can misuse power for your own ends, then get a job in the kommune. Your incompetence and mistakes are overlooked big time with no questions asked, i.e. you do no wrong and they back you up 100%, regardless of the crime. But fighting against the kommune would only leave you the loser in the end. Speaking from experience, I can only say, no wonder nothing changes for the better. If you continuously keep backing up and defending folks that err they would never change their dirty habits or improve; on the contrary they tend to go the extra mile into their corrupt ways and take chances. With my case I wonder why an employee of the kommune would want to treat an 85 year old helpless, old lady, living in an elderly home, with contempt causing her enormous suffering/ pain and get away with her reprehensible behaviour, if only for one moment she had stopped to consider the consequences of her inexplicable actions and the repercussions that resulted, she would think twice. How can she live with her conscience knowing her actions helped aid an untimely demise. I know, she is incapable of remorse because she had lied her way into winning a victory. Well, having the kommune to guard over her incompetence and hiding under §30 which states you do not need to hand over important documents concerning a case, I feel like I am fighting against windmills. In a way, her victory feels like a false one, knowing it was obtained through lies. The funny thing is though the disciplinary board believes her and defends her actions. What a hoot! May Fate protect the elderly who end up into nursing homes because they are so old, they cannot defend themselves or even tell their sad stories. The only defence the kommune have to the employee´s indifference, is that they do their best to better conditions for the old. The only problem is, nothing changes, as the same situation repeats itself with the same irresponsible behaviour. Why would thousands of people complain? However, the kommune can start by confronting the employee first so together, they all can acknowledge the terrible harm done instead of covering it up until the next mishap. The twenty first century does not bring just laws for all. It is always the little man that suffers. I hope the future brings better laws for the access of one´s own documents and not which one the kommune think you must have or not.
