I was skeptical to try this website due to the average reviews. However, I saw that they actually reply to people on here, so I gave them a shot. They were one of the VERY few websites selling this beautiful MilkMaid dresses I've been wanting (sold out nearly everywhere, except on here and a 1.1/5 review website.) So instead of buying it cheaper on the poorer review site, I decided to buy it here. Not only did I get the item quick and speedy (bought it on Nov 17th, got it today) but it felt me perfectly! The quality was amazing and didn't have any weird smells. I'm thoroughly impressed!

They don't bother to reply emails and you have to pay for returns when items has been previously used and smelly... terrible customer service and terrible management

I already mentioned I sent 4 emails by now and nobody response. Now I'm just waiting my refund from the items I returned

I've been tracking my items for a month now. It says that the package had left the UK on April 29th, with no further update since then.

I reached out to Hachu through email and social media to refund these items as they've been presumably lost in transit, but have just been getting radio silence from them.

Overall the experience was very unprofessional.

Update:
Hachu has issued a refund for both items. I'll consider shopping with them again once this pandemic is over.

The white tie front bardot bodysuit is nice , girly and perfect for a Mama Mia inspired date outfit. A little short on the torso but nothing I can't work with. Ty Hachu ✨

Affordable prices, quick delivery, th pictures looks like the clothes but the quality could be a bit better. In overall I'm satisfied with my order

One of the items I received is incredibly small. I wear the same size in nearly all brands and could barely get the dress on my body, let alone get the zipper closed. I was interested in returning the dress but there was no packing slip included in my package and the packaging was nearly destroyed.

It is very frustrating to not be able to exchange an item that I was very excited about. I will not be ordering from Hachu again.

Really good care client department. The delivery date is a little toi much, but it has to come from UK to Spain...so it is understable!

Bought a large but it was very very small. I’m only around a size 12 and it was far too small

Ruined a party I was going to, item was saying dispatched then suddenly I get an email saying your order has been refunded. Now the dress is out of stock on here and on a similar website, all seems suspicious. Useless service, was giving an unknown website a chance and just let me down.

shipping takess way to long it’s about to be a month and i still dont have what i ordered. Then they double tax if u live in the united states.

I ordered a fancy party dress and was amused once I opened the package it was exactly as it Portrays on the website good quality and the delivery services are good & fast . My order arrived within 3 working days from the time of order.👍
