Sent unsolicited goods I didn't notice sign up for and charged extra money on top of my subscription without being informed. Cancelled immediately and cancelled the direct debit before they tried to steal more money.

Hachette always comes through on these subscription style kits. I've built several now and they have all been smooth. I've only had two issues and they were both resolved in under two days. I just wish the rest of the world followed this customer service model. Looking forward to completing my Dalek!
