Excellent support throughout the whole purchase process
I had a very positive experience with Habeno throughout the purchase of my home in Spain. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, with responsiveness and a reassuring level of coordination.

Habeno was awesome for me
Habeno was awesome for me. I am an American and was very worried about being subject to a phishing scam. From the beginning, Ovidiu was patient with me and let me do my due diligence. He always kept in touch but never pressured me.
Once I was sure that everything was legitimate, Ovidiu guided me through the process and helped me obtain a great mortgage, even with my recent self-employed status. Once secured, Alberto - the closer - took over and helped me through the rest of the process. I am now moving to Spain in four days!

Outstanding Service and Smooth Mortgage Experience with Habeno.
Habeno provided an excellent service from start to finish and made what can often be a stressful process feel organised, transparent, and well managed. After initially struggling with a previous broker who failed to understand our basic requirements and ultimately wasted a great deal of our time, being introduced to Habeno was a huge relief.
At the beginning of the process we worked with Ovidiu, who was friendly, professional, and immediately put us at ease. He gave us a clear and realistic overview of what to expect and guided us through each stage with confidence. Habeno’s online document portal was a standout feature — it made uploading, storing, and tracking documents straightforward and stress-free.

Felt supported from start to finish
As a Dutch buyer arranging a mortgage in Spain, I honestly expected a difficult and stressful process. Working with Habeno turned out to be the opposite.
From the first contact, I felt well guided and supported throughout the entire mortgage application. Habeno handled the communication with the bank and took care of the full process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Everything was explained clearly, and I always knew where I stood.

Great service from start to finish
I am very pleased with the entire service provided by Habeno. They offer excellent communication with the bank, great service, quick responses, and efficient handling of all documents. The portal used during the process is also easy to understand and makes it simple to attach all necessary documents. I was looking into how to get a mortgage in Spain. I was researching and I was not getting anywhere. I searched for advisors and read a several companies. I came across Habeno and I am happy I did.
