I bought a digital PS5 in November 2022 from HA Appliances for £320.00 and I have not received it as of the 7th of Jan 2023.
I got the “it was delivered to the wrong address” excuse as well but they said it would be sent out to the correct address! Im still waiting.

Still can't believe I fell for this scam as a Cyber security expert. I bought a ps5 console for £320 thinking I was getting a black Friday bargain. At the time, the company wS called HA Appliances. Usually, I'm always sceptical when prices are too good to be true online but findng ps5 stock online is like finding a needle in a haystack unless you want to pay for the overpriced stocks on ebay. So I paid for it quickly before reading the reviews.
I still can't understand why this guy is still being allowed to scam people freely after lots of people have reported to action fraud and their banks. The guy keeps changing company names, surely they should be able to track the scumbag.
Now I have to wait 45days before I get a refund from Zilch who are the BNPL I used. I feel like a complete doughnut now, lol.

Still feeling the repercussions this side of Christmas...Ordered an LG tv in November and it never arrived so contacted the bank and the fraud team.
We were initially compensated the full amount whilst the fraud team took on the case but because this scam company are refuting any wrong doing the bank has taken the money out again; incredible how the banks are believing these chancers and not their loyal customers.

UPDATE: if you haven't already please place a stop on any account you have used to pay this company. I placed an order back in November and luckily straight away realised it was a scam. I contacted my bank who thankfully refunded the payment straight away but yesterday i got a letter from the bank stating they had tried to take more money from my account which thankfully the account was closed when reported. They have had 3 different company names and websites in the last 3 months and the details on companies house are fake

Well what a crafty chappie. All his correspondence and order acknowledgements were from H and A appliances .COM Not H and A appliances Ltd!
So Companies house will not uphold an objection to strike off without proof of dealings with the Ltd company .
AND THE POLICE?? Well here is the reply

while this company and website seem official, they unfortunately NEVER DELIVER YOUR GOODS BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY suprised the powers to be don't shut down this website.
I had the same as all these reviews, ordered a large TV on the day of delivery, they contacted by email saying it was delivered to the wrong address and that the original order along with a free gift would take another week. Again this never happened.
ON A GOOD NOTE I contacted my bank and the banks can't do anything untill at least 14 days after the order. They have to give the benefit of the doubt to the seller. I raised a dispute with the bank (after the 14 days) discussed over the phone about emails I had received and they then issued a FULL REFUND.

I have ordered a washing machine from them a month ago. As I haven’t bought from them before, I used my credit card. The day of the delivery they said that they have delivered to a wrong address which was more than 100miles away from me. Also they said it will deliver by week after. I have tried to contact in every way but no response. So I have filed a dispute through my credit card and they have asked me to wait another week to see whether the item arrives. And week after this company said the same and asked me to wait another week. My credit card company said the same.I have waited another week and no more patience. Didn’t receive any after another week. I rang my credit card company and said I need my money back and asked them to go ahead with the dispute. Finally I got the refund from my credit card.

Definitely scam company - look at all of reviews - do not go near it

I placed order for dishwasher before doing my homework and checking this company out. I was taken in by the ease with which their advert for the particular appliance I wanted came up in the Google search. Having placed the order, I then did my homework and realised it was a scam, so cancelled, filling in the relevant request from their order confirmation and website. I received the cancellation confirmation, for monies paid to be refunded to my credit card within 14 days. Needless to say, nothing came back, and the matter is now in hands of card company. As others have reported, there is currently strike off process going through Companies House. I would urge everyone affected to contact Companies House through their enquiries email address to register their objection to the Director of the company attempting to walk away . The company is listed as H&A Appliances Ltd , under number 13203515 .

SCAMMERS! Do NOT buy from this company. H&Aappliances.Exactly the same happened to me. Purchased a Blu-ray player for £188.37. Five day’s later, sorry it’s gone to the wrong address, send us your details again and we’ll send you a toaster with the Blu-ray as compensation. Asked for money back. Surprise surprise no answer. Contacted bank and managed to get money back and stopped card.BEWARE, CHANGE your card. Just had a letter from the bank to say they have tried to take the money again.

Total scam lost £400 on a ps5 not heard a thing how is the police not after this company they have took so many people's money????

Never delivered my item, kept lying they would redeliver, phone number doesn’t work and they have STOLEN my money. Utter liars

Reported to Action Fraud and Greater Manchester Police. They called me to say they are investigating.

Scam! Ordered a tablet and hit confirmation email. After a week I contacted them said it would be delivered that day. However, that evening another email came saying it had been delivered to the 'wrong address'. Same as others. Has been reported to bank. Ridiculous the website hasn't been closed down yet!

Scam. Goods were apparently sent to an address miles away. Never received them. Luckily paid on credit card.

Absolute scam. Same as everyone else. I’ve found the details of the thief - worth others reporting his name to Action Fraud.

On Companies House the director is a Mr Hamid Arman, DOB Feb 1990.

I too was scammed like so many others on here. £364 and now my children face Christmas with no presents.

Surely to god they can trace where the funds have gone? Also why would payment processors allow payments to be made to Spain or overseas when it's a UK registered company? I think this is a failing in the system, not ourselves (after all, how can we be expected to vet every single company website we visit??!!).

The company director must be named with companies house and so must be traceable somehow, I'm at my lowest ebb right now and have nothing to lose so if someone out there wants to start up a gofundme page to cover costs for an investigative agency to locate this thief and despicable human being, I'll be more than happy to pay him a visit and ensure he is never able to ruin any more unsuspecting families Christmas' in future!
