I received a fake size 0 Erima…

I received a fake size 0 Erima handball. Not the proper size or material. Smaller, harder and the material not as soft.

The handball we ordered seems to be…

The handball we ordered seems to be loosing air. This already happened before it was used for the first time.

Hej, mange tak for din feedback!

Hi, Thank you for your feedback! A handball losing air right out of the box is certainly not the quality we aim for. As we sorted out in our messages a month ago, we were glad we could send you a brand-new replacement ball immediately. We hope the replacement ball has been performing perfectly on the court over the past month!

If you are happy with how we resolved the issue, we would truly appreciate it if you would consider updating your rating here. If you ever need further assistance, please feel free to contact us directly.

De bedste hilsner / Best regards,
