Order processing was good on the website especially being to positively identify the spare part I was looking for.
Pity that the 'no option' courier delivery service was so slow!
Ordered Thursday but didn't arrive ubtil Tuesday.
Phone call to enquire about delivery went to voicemail - never got a response

Bought a kitchen sink and a tap. Good price and nice kit. It was possibly excessively packaged. Only real complaint was that there was no notification of dispatch received and the courier left the package on the doorstep without even knocking on the door. I was working in the hallway for 30 mins, popped out the front door and there it was!

Quick delivery item as described only thing I didn't get was the confirmation e-mail to let me know when my item was coming but that aside fab.

Although my order was small it was dealt with as efficiently as any other, of much greater value to the company. My thanks to h.i.e.plumbing supplies.

HIE were able to supply me with a rather obscure part for a shower, very quickly and at a better price than most other companies on the net. Great service and although I hope I won't need your services soon (i.e.: no broken showers!), I wouldn't hesitate to use the company should the need arise again.

I would highly rate this company on excellent price and super quick delivery at basic p&p cost - next day delivery - superb. Package well packed and so no damages meant the dripping shower could be fixed a day after ordering the part. Thanks

No bad, product ordered was great, and was nicely packaged, safe and secure, and on a solid pallet. Cannot fault source or result, however, it was delivered later than expected and we were not informed of any reasons for delay.

Nevermind though, it was not required in a rush so we are quite happy with the receipt - would use again !

I ordered a pump to be delivered at my workplace, when I did not receive it I called customer services and was told that it has been delivered and signed for!!
I confirmed with my work colleagues if anyone had talken a parcel in for me and the answer was NO!! A very helpful young lady called Harley assisted me by contacting FedEx and the driver confirmed the parcel had been delivered to the house next door, the FedEx man returned to the house and retrieved my pump from the fraudster!!!
So between Harley and Mr FedEx all ended well, I feel compeled to recommend this company based on its excellent service for which I am extremely grateful so well done!! A special thanks to Harley for going the extra mile, you will go far!!!!!

The Company's website did not indicate that the goods ordered were not in stock. So the promise of 1-2 days delivery became a week. I was not amused.

I called to confirm availability: "we always carry that part in stock". Arrived by FedEx the next day. Great

I bought a Salamander pump from these guys, They had a great on line site well laid out & easy to use. I found their prices extremely keen for a top notch pump.

I was kept in the loop with the delivery & the service they use is very helpful, professional ....Absolutely first class. I used to use Screwfix Direct for my plumbing needs..Well their catalogue went in the bin.

I ordered my water pump on a Friday, delivery due by the following Tuesday. Product did not arrive. I then had to make several calls for delivery by the following Friday. Even then it was delivered late. Very disappointed with the service and mis-selling of the lead time.

Everything went according to plan. The price was very competitive, the service was very prompt. What more can I say?
