They’re so hard to get into contact with whenever there is an issue, and it’s usually often, I had recently purchased 2 items, and only one was delivered, after constantly trying to get through I was finally offered credit which I happily agreed too, however once I found a new machine I was interested in, I was told it would be coming “next week” and at the end of the week I’d be told the same thing again, it’s gotten to the point now where I’m just ignored from customer emails,, I have tried getting in contact through social media to be ignored again ( although they have made several posts within the time that I have been ignored) and no I’m pretty sure my number has been blocked from them as it just cuts out, but after using my partners phone it goes through,

They’re quick at replying as soon as you mention you’re interested in a machine, however when there’s an issue you’re instantly ghosted

Going forward I will be seeing legal advice to get my money back,

After writing the above review they contacted me asking what the issue was
And also asked me to delete my review

They then delivered a broken machine in its replacement and took two of my machine which took about 2 weeks for them to pay me for

I now have a broken machine with empty promises for about a month or replacing

Don’t not use this company, avoid

Ordered with Equip4gyms for years (always lots of problems with delivery, but always got resolved).

Last order, they did not delivery, would not reply, when reply it was false and lies, saying its been dispatched, and will be here soon, which it never was, still waiting on a refund, and they have changed their name to Gyms4Everyone, would not order from them ever again, as soon as they have your money, they treat you like absolute shite.

Can provide screenshots and messages to back up everything, and have been contacted by others which have been treated the exact same way.

This is the old equip4gyms company who still owe me thousands on equipment I had to return. They wilfully collected it but still have my money 6 months later.

They’ve had many chances to repay me and took advantage of my patience and understanding . Yet still haven’t and currently have a small claims against them they aren’t responding to

Don’t use this company. Also ignore the reply to this they haven’t contacted me. They continue to ignore me.

This “company” appears to be imho a simple reinvention of Equip4gyms

Essentially it appears to be the same company but they seem to be attempting to walk away from their liabilities just by claiming to be a new company that bought everything of the previous company apart from their liabilities.

They, and equip4gyms, are/were not registered Ltd or LLP so are either sole-trader or partnerships, in which case they cannot simply change their name and bank account and walk away from their liabilities which in my opinion they are attempting to do

I would be interested to know whose name the bank accounts are / were in, to prove me wrong

EDIT - They say in their response that they are not equip4gyms, maybe they can publish the proprietor’s name as is the legal requirement when a company is not Ltd or LLP of equip4gyms and their reinvention of the business
