New lenses in exsiting frames
I ordered new lenses for two pairs of glasses. I contacted Gweleo customer service several times with questions and to confirm that my frames had been received, but always had my queries answered within a reasonable timeframe despite the language barrier. I had to ship my old frames internationally so the whole process took around four weeks, but I did not need the glasses urgently and I am delighted with the result.
