Can not stress the fact that the reviews for this page are a massive set up. People are payed to promote this brand. Have never seen such tack in all of my life. The bracelet that I payed £175 for came broken in 3 places but the package wasn’t damaged at all! The customer service is beyond disgusting. Refused to refund me point blank period and had to wait two weeks for the refund from my bank. Will be making sure everyone knows how disgraceful this company is.

Firstly, the bracelet did not arrive broken rather the jump hoops were removed from the charm which we have made possible in case our clients would like to change their bracelet or necklace style. This is not a secret, it is very well known.
Secondly, you did not receive your refund because you refused to return the item yet demanded you was refunded whilst keeping the item. We offered you free express delivery label upon returning which you refused to use. We cannot issue a refund without receiving our product. This is a common practise and GVILTY is very well within their rights to exercise this.
GVILTY has been as accommodating as we can be.

I bought a necklace and i'm so in love! The quality is amazing and looks fabulous. I have to say though the best thing about this company is the excellent customer service, very quick at responding to inquiries and I can't recommend them enough. Will definitely be my first choice of company for jewelry!
