I am very happy with the service I received. We had some rendering done on our chimney by another company last year who didn't clean up properly after they had finished. Some time later we noticed that the gutters weren't draining properly, causing over spill and potential damp. I called Gutter Guys who arranged an engineer to come out next day. The engineer, Dave was very thorough. He noticed that some of the rendering had blocked the T-junction leading to the down pipe and suggested replacing the part which he did quickly and for a fair price. This fixed the problem.
He also took the time to show me pictures of the work and explain what he had done.

Overall I am very happy with the service and work carried out and thought the price was reasonable. If we need any work done in future I will be sure to call Gutter Guys

Excellent service start too Finnish, great communication and easy to book an engineer. Very fast service the guys came out the same day and were highly competent very clean and tidy and had my issue sorted within an hour. In this day and age it's hard to find a company with service this good. Plumbers take note!

From first point of contact someone was out the next day to access the problem, having seen photos of the issue I had the choice and prices of repairs or replacement, the job done with excellent work by David who was very helpful and courteous and showed photos of the job after completion, so from me it’s 10 out of 10 and would definitely use again if needed as everything was perfect and done to a high standard, thank-you Gutter Guys.

The gutter guys came out and replaced my old cast iron gutters with new plastic ones the job was done efficiently and looks a lot better i had a few quotes but theres was by far the most competitive for what they where supplying couldnt be happier.

Couldnt recommend the gutter guys any more had a disconnected downpipe they cane out the next day and put it back inplace and flushed it out and the cost was competetive as well.

The engineer was friendly & knowledgeable. He did the work that was possible & advised of further work required. Clean & tidy. I would use Gutter Guys again, definitely.

Other companies were quoting more than double what these guys offered me. They came out the same day I called, provided a great quote and completed the work on the same day!! Can't praise the company enough and would recommend them to anyone. Receipt mentioned 25% off all future work for being a customer which will for sure help myself and I'd imagine a lot of others. The customer service from office to engineer couldn't have been any better. Thank you.

Our gutter was uneven and tipping forward, consequently the rain was pouring down the front wall. I explained and showed it to the specialist who assured me it was quite straightforward to correct. Within one hour he had completely sorted out the problem and the cost was surprisingly low. Great service. Would definitely recommend... ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Grateful that Fred Xu responded promptly before the storm despite his being very busy. He quickly and efficiently cleared and flushed the gutters which are now working properly again.

Quick and efficient same day service, great communication and information about the work required and completed to a very high standard without any fuss or issues. Tremendous aftercare with the engineer explaining the work he carried out and recommendations around maintenance while customer service overall cannot be faulted.

Needing a small repair to our gutter, and after several other companies who made appointments and never turned up, Gutter Guys gave a time to visit, phoned just before arriving and gave an acceptable price before fixing the problem. Also explained that some seals may need replaced in the future, but ok for now. also took photographs of the problem. Very happy with the work

Paul, the gutter man knew what was required and got on with it without any fuss and did not make any attempt to make more out of the job than was required.

We had badly blocked gutters we phoned gutters guys, they gave us a date and time they would do the work, arrived on time very clean and efficient job, will call them again next year to make sure the gutters are clear. Would recommend.
