DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I ordered a pair of Barbados sandals on 4-14-23 and here it is 4-26-23. I have never received any communications as to the status of my order. I tried to reach out to this company thru their website on 4-24-23 and get no response, I have called them 3 times today (4-26-23) and the message says they are busy helping other customers. I love these sandals, I order a new pair about every 6 years because they last so long, but this is not acceptable. I paid $60.00 for these sandals which may not be a lot to this company, but it is to me. At this point, I think I got ripped off. I hope not but looks that way. I wonder if they are still in business. If so, they need to get it together.

Awful expérience. I bought sandals in June 2022. They were never delivered to me in France by UPS and returned to Gurkees by UPS. I write many e-mails to Gurkees about this problem and asked to be refunded. My mails were never answered by the company. I phone Gurkees many times and left messages on the answering machine (of course no one ever answers but only an answering machine inviting you to leave a message and promising to return your call but never do it in fact). My calls were never taken in considération. What is this company that doesn’t refund undelivered customer ? That never answers to Ita customers ?
Moreover, I paid online to UPS the custom fees. UPS cannot refund it to me without the consent of Gurkees, consent that never came of course.
This purchase costed me over 100 € for receiving nothing. It is a real theft !
