For my first order, I purchased 3 bottles of Gundry Polyphenol-Rich Olive Oil. The bottles arrived within a few days, and I have been taking 1 Tablespoon (suggested serving) of this oil after dinner each night. It certainly seems to be helping my digestive track function more efficiently! It's taking a little time to get used to the after-taste of the oil, so for now, I'm eating a very small piece of chocolate after I consume each serving. (This makes it easy to justify eating chocolate to feed my sweet tooth each night!) But, I'm quickly getting used to the oil's slight after-taste and I'm a little sad I won't need to do this for much longer. I'm looking forward to seeing what other benefits there are as I continue taking this product.

Ever since I started using it, I've been hooked and I have to have it on hand for my daily meals!
The smell is incredible and the flavor is exquisite. I'm sure the effects on my overall health are incredibly beneficial!

I never liked olive oil before, but after buying dr Gundrey’s I now love it. I take one tablespoon a day and tell my frieds and family about it’s great taste and health benefits. I’m thinking of getting a bottle to give my son for his birthday. Love your book Plant Paradox also❤️🧡🩷❤️🧡🩷.


I don’t like cookies though and I turned them off but they just turned back on!!!

I believe the olive oil is helping since I take no Rx drugs with no hypertension or diabetes since I add it to my smoothies which I take 4 times per week.

I absolutely loved Dr. Gundrys bio complete three until they recently changed the formula. It completely stopped working. I wish they would go back to the old formula.

I'm looking forward to trying your MCT product, but the process or ordering, with all the upsells, is too much. IU couldn't even complete the order on my cell phone. I had to switch over to laptop. I understand the concept of upsells, but by the time I am able to actually place the order, I feel like I've been shaken down. I've actually not ordered a product I wanted in the past because the process was so annoying.

My experience with the Olive Oil is that I can cook without any I'll effect to my stomach. I found out that I can't swallow the Olive Oil by itself. However, it does have a good favor for everything I cook.

Would recommend. I can use the olive oil knowing that it has good qualities including being rich in polyphenols. It supports weight management when I use it and promotes heart health. This is the second time I have ordered olive oil from Dr. Gundry's site.

I have heard so much about the benefits of top grade olive oil that I want to promote my health and longevity by using it. I have taken it q am. Now I take it before bed as well. I am a vascular surgeon retired after 48 years and relate to your idea of treating ills before the end stage problems that we know too well. Hope to meet you some day.

I Think its' great for joints, skin and energy.

All I can say is Wow ! This olive oil is amazing. Smooth, clean, pure tasting and believe me I have tasted other olive oils that tasted downright awful. I am very pleased with the product and willing to pay for what I think is the best there is!

Be careful when you order. They will keep bringing up windows making offers that sound like your original order didn’t go through and you have the opportunity to place an order at a different price or quantity. If you choose to do so, that will be ADDED to, not REVISED to your original choice and you will end up getting more product than you thought you ordered. And customer service won’t help you out with pricing if you end up getting the same item and charged more for one. Hopefully the product will actually be helpful.

I honestly believe that a tablespoon of this polyphenol rich olive oil every morning is actually helping to shrink my belly. My skin is smoother on my belly too. I wasn't thrilled about drinking straight up olive oil but i figured i could handle a tablespoon, it didn't taste bad at all, very mild. i just ordered six more bottles ;)

I appreciate the clear information and how well it has been taught. I have read nutritional books since the late 1980's and could recognize quickly the health wisdom in consuming wealth of polyphenols in this oil. Dr. Gundry's information has been meaningful to my family's young adults, my husband and siblings. I have been sending the olive oil to each of them as gifts. We are all experiencing better gut health, better sleep, and better recovery after exercise. I also appreciate the presentation in their packaging the olive oil. It truly made each recipient pause and take note that this was something special. The company has been easy to communicate with and responsive to any concerns that I had.

I am seeing the health benefits and help with my weight loss goals.
