We haven't had the people out yet so this could be subject to change, but the lady on the phone (Zoha) was absolutely superb. Very attentive and considerate, really helpful too. Exactly the type of person you want to be speaking with when there's a home emergency.

After having trouble with a wet room drainage pump, out of hours customer service was great. Kept us updated constantly throughout the period of time, decanted without hesitation and covered all costs.
