We booked from Switzerland and everything was perfect. Helpful staff at the airport, vehicle in good condition, hint to go round the car and looking for previous damages. At the drop-off no waitingtime, friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely no problems during our time in Lisbon. Thank you for your sevice.

I had an excellent experience renting a car from Guerin at Faro Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Both the pick-up and return processes were quick and efficient, and I was on the road within minutes.

The customer service was outstanding, everything was explained clearly, and the entire rental process was smooth and hassle-free. The only downside is that Guerin is a bit more expensive than some other rental companies, but the excellent service and efficiency make it worth paying a little extra.

I would definitely rent from Guerin again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car rental experience in Faro.

It was very easy and fast to pick-up and return the car. It was also very comfortable and easy to use the shuttle that drives very regularly between the terminal and the office location.
A small detail what could be improved is sharing the info on the exsting damages of the car. They have photos of all the damages and share it via a link you receive by email but they are not mentioned on the contract you sign at pick up.
Overall I was very happy and everything went smoothly with the car we rented for 2 weeks during our holiday.

Very organised. Easy pick up. No pushy salesman for extras. Car great condition. I didnt log codition on app in time as I was driving - simply uploaded photos in email exchange later. All good - would recommend.

Excellent service from the Faro team, especially one lady whose name I unfortunately can’t remember. Sixt had made a complete mess of our booking with no car available on site and their customer service was poor, so we tried next door, Guerin, and they had us in a car within 30 minutes.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Returning the car a week later was just as easy, with a quick and smooth checkout.

I highly recommend Guerin for their outstanding customer service and hassle-free experience.

Good car for a reasonable price. Little waiting, highly digital process and smooth, quick processes for handover and return. Can honestly recommend it above the marginally cheaper competitors in Portugal.

Everything went ok until it came to the return of my deposit.
I had two separate contracts to hire two cars over a period of six weeks.
I returned the car on time & in pristine condition &!was advised that my deposit would be returned within 5 working days. A month later, I have still not had either deposit returned. It’s practically impossible to get a response from Guerin/Enterprise via emails which is the only way to contact them. They advised that their 3rd party contractor who processes returns is the issue but they are doing nothing to manage/progress the process. This is terrible customer service, leaving the customer out of pocket, with no ability to get a solution. I will never use Guerin again!

Overall good experience. No waiting time in contract creation, car pick up or return. Car itself was technically ok with a lot of small scratches. Definitely would choose again this car rental company.

Overall, the experience was mixed.

The pick-up in Lisbon was disappointing. The facilities are not great, and the process took much longer than necessary. I was charged a $150 one way fee, even though the system was showing $99, and I wasn’t given a clear explanation for the difference. The vehicle also wasn’t clean. We requested a swap, but after a long wait, our request was denied despite there being several identical cars available in the lot.

The drop-off in Porto, however, completely changed the tone of the experience. Daniela was incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. She handled everything quickly, demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills, and made the return process seamless. She is a great asset to the team.

I hope the pick\-up experience can be improved to match the excellent level of service provided at drop\-off\.

Car rental overall was good. Staff was friendly and the process was efficient. Insurance rates should be lower thou.

The system of picking up the car is quick. Available cars are clean and modern. We had a good experience with Guerin.
