Bad service
I ordered 20th of february. They said it would arrive 28th. When I got no information about my order, I contacted them, and they said that my order wouldn't deliver on the estimated date. The gift was for my mother, so now I had no gift for her. I said, fine, I'll wait. Then 8th of march it was getting delivered to my house, but since no one was home, I didn't get the package. Now here's the thing; they didn't even tell me where to get my package from, so I had to look at the UPS access points near my place. But they demanded a tracking number, which gucci didn't give me either. So I called gucci twice for a tracking number, but they didn't want to give me the tracking number. Now I have no idea when my package is gonna arrive, plus i'm going on vacation this week, which makes it less likely for me to actually get my package. Extremely bad service. Really disappointed
