Twice I walk in and need to get some supplement and am looking for quality but both times I get sold ineffective product that is being pushed by these ladies that act like they know something and care but are really just sales people. They take advantage of people seeking help. Disgusting.

It sucks. Order a buy 1 free 1 cleaner, cane only one bottle and it was leaked. It leaked all over the box and the other product came with broken package. The customer svc sent 3 emails back but no solutions were provided. Terrible experience.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your Pharmacist Zachary thoughtfulness during collection 11 types medications of the cost $1,987.16 to be purchase by helping me with written all in Chinese words for instruction and medicine name where my mum has the difficulties to read in English and he helped to pack in so properly and bring over the cashier and explain to key in. As for remaining miss 1 bottle or no stock to come over next week to do collection from Novena Hospital Guardian with the receipt again.

Your kind gesture has truly touched me as a customer heart and brightened my day.

We are so grateful for your professional service, responsible and so patience to help on Saturday where is still long queue.

Pharmacist Mr John Knagg at Novena branch is a gem to Guardian. He helped me figure out how to use a kit used to test blood glucose today. John was most patient and has a great sense of humour too. He sanitized his hands before he handled the kit I brought to him. He was not afraid that I have to slightly pierce my finger and squeeze a droplet of blood from my finger. In fact he taught me how to do it. He was so clear and patient. I am so grateful to him.

Was at Guardian Jurong Point around 9pm to buy Dove shower. Can't find it. So I ask one lady behind sales counter. I ask and even spell DOVE for her few times. She say they don't carry. Dumbfounded by her answer. I say I always buy from here. Then she give me sheepish smile and answer my question. What a ACT BLUR employee Guardian has at Jurong point store. Who doesn't heard of Dove? It's sold everywhere. Obviously she don't like to serve me.

I was shopping with my mum at Guatdian Plaza Singapura on 15 May 22 in the afternoon. We were served abd greeted by the 2 boys - salesperson, very energetic and polite. They knew their work and help us to check attentive with other stores for one of the item that was out of stock in PS. Thums up boys and we need many sakesperson like you.

Your chosen delivery company TA Q BIN is a real joke of a company.

On Sunday, 30 Oct, I waited for my delivery scheduled for 9am to 1pm and it did not arrive.

After rescheduling it again yesterday for today 12noon to 5pm, Guardian Singapore's preferred delivery company TA Q BIN sent me an automated absent notice SMS and asked me to reschedule for yet another delivery when here I am waiting for my parcel.

After 30 minutes on the phone with TA Q BIN and their supervisor, I found out that the driver indeed did not make it to the address provided as he "did not know" how to get there.

As ridiculous as it sounds like a surgeon does not know how to operate, my parcel has been rescheduled for Thursday, 3 Nov at no fault of Yamato Transport's - TA Q BIN and Guardian but mine for trusting incompetent businesses with my money.
