Great company. I ordered a code and received it within 2 hours. I put in my new SIM card, input the code and the phone was unlocked. Extremely easy and fast.

After 2 failed unlock codes from AT&T and another from a "free" unlock site, I gave in, signed up with GSMLiberty and sent my info and paid my fee. I got my code a couple of hours later but when I input the code following their step by step instructions but it failed. Seems my previous attempts altered some settings. Support sent me additional instructions which straightened out those settings and allowed the unlock code to work. I started out a little dismayed but after their great customer support, which also included a voice contact at one point, they provided what they said they would...and with Great Customer Support.

Take your money elsewhere.

This company does not stand behind their guarantee for customer satisfaction. They advertised a 6 to 8 hour GUARANTEED window. It took over 48 hours for me to finally get a code from them. Why is this a problem? I bought it in the evening with the hope that I would have my new phone unlocked and ready to go for work in the morning.

Yes, in the end I did get a code, but it took way too long and their customer service is non-existent. Max Tate was the customer service rep I spoke to. He was absolutely useless. Could not answer the simplest of questions. All he could say was that he forwarded my questions to a "senior service rep" and they would get back with me shortly.

Yeah, I heard nothing back.

Take your money elsewhere.

It was quite easy and unlocking was simple after the code was sent. No hassles and a very pleasant experience. Thank you.

Managed to unlock my Nokia Lumia 625. It required an extra $8.00 CND. since the code could not be found at the initial cost. At the end, this cost $17.95 CDN all together. A good price to be able to reuse my current phone. I would use this service again if I needed to.

The website was easy to use and very informative. The company was very good in keeping me informed on the process. In my case, instead of just the $9.99 that was initially quoted, it required an extra $20 for my specific phone and provider (Samsung Galaxy S2 on Rogers).

They offered me my money back after they were unable to find a code from their first database so I can't fault them for the extra $20 charge as they gave me an out if I wanted it. The $29.99 is still cheaper than the $45 that the guy at the mall was trying to charge me to do the same thing.

I didn't give them a perfect 5/5 because I would have preferred that they gave me a warning ahead of time that if the are unable to find the code in their first database that it may require another charge to access a secondary database.

Regardless, I would definitely recommend the service to others who need to unlock their phone.

I purchased a unlock code for Galaxy S4 and after 1 hour I got the code. It was simple and fast. The fastest company every seen. They even follow up after code delivered. Amazing

This is my eighth unlock and I've never looked anywhere else! You get exactly what you paid for and that have always responded to my emails and questions sometimes in a matter of minutes. Do you guys even sleep?
