So disappointed with this company

So disappointed with this company. Somewhat delayed delivery of the order, no reason, and fobbed off. I ordered these items five days ago and they are still with the warehouse team and haven't even been posted yet! Items ordered for my daughter's birthday, and now won't arrive on time.

Items ordered from other equine websites are en route or have arrived. When asked about a delivery date, the email reply was ' This order is being processed via our despatch team currently, please look out for a separate email informing you of the full tracking details. Due to orders having to process through our warehouse , we are not always able to see the exact timeframe an order can be processed, though we always advice customers that they will be notified via email once this leaves us.

I was aware of that! I just need a delivery date! :(

Great site

Great site, solid customer service. Resolved an issue with a manufacturer with absolutely no fuss. Really impressed (and I wouldn't normally write one of these :)

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service. I emailed regarding a pair of faulty boots and was immediately offered a replacement pair. They arrived in a week and there were no extra delivery costs. Very happy

Fantastic

Fantastic, this is my no.1 go to equestrian store. Good prices, service, selection of products and free delivery over £50. What's not to like!?! :)

Delivery times 2 week

I’ve used this company a few times and each time it’s been great but this time i ordered and am still yet to receive the package even though i ordered 2 weeks ago, they have not made an effort to try to contact me about where my package is. I don’t find it good enough especially when i ordered over £50 worth of stuff some of this stuff i desperately needed for my horse so have had to buy it elsewhere. It’s a shame as this company has always had good prices and acceptable delivery times , could just be a one off.

Brilliant!

This is the second time I’ve used this company. Ordered some boots late Wednesday eve but needed them for Saturday so I emailed them asking if they could be dispatched at quickly as possible. I had a dispatch note on Thursday and they arrived Saturday! Thank you Gsequestrian

This is the second or third time I’ve ordered from GS Equestrian, and I find they’re fantastic. I placed the order over Christmas, after a couple of days they emailed me and said there may be a bit of a delay. I emailed back and said there was no rush, two days later my order was here. They keep you updated, I actually called them a white ago as I needed help with something, and the lady was lovely. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, I will continue to use them, that’s why I give them a 5 star rating.

Had a great experience here

Had a great experience here, put in a order for new horse tack, treats and some supplements.

Order came quickly, and when I noticed bridle had been made wrong by manufacturer they got me a new one sent the next day.

Lovely customer service and care.

Will deffo be ordering again.

Great range of items to suit all budgets...

Excellent range of products

Excellent range of products, which means I can get all the things I want in one place. Prices are very reasonable, and the free postage over £50 is excellent.
Friendly customer service, and items are sent well packaged.

International order

I made an order from this company in July. When the order did not arrive I contacted their customer services several times via email and telephone, each time I was told they would contact the courier to find out where the order was and each time I did not receive any further reply. Only now after I have had to demand a refund have they contacted me again. They have only refunded me the price of the items ordered and not the costs of intenational shipping I paid at the time of ordering. I will not be using this company again.

Go elsewhere if you want items on time or fulfilled

I wish I could have sent a positive note, but I cannot and it seems like I am not the only one to experience issues. I bought items that said 4-6 day delivery. On the 6th day, I had an email to say 'we have issues with a high quantity of orders and we don’t know when it’ll be delivered'. I didn't think this was fair, as some products I needed for my horse, so I left it two days then emailed to query this as the website says they will notify recipient immediately if packing issues etc., but I didn’t get an email until last day I should have received it!

In response to the email they found time to pack HALF of my order from one warehouse (your packing issues arent my problem). Some items were damaged items (fair enough they’ve sorted this now). Then today, I got an email that the other items are broken so they can’t ship. I go on website stock still says 3 in stock. I email to complain and get a half read response, I didn't pay postage so they won't refund. But the reason I order from GS was 1. Items in stock, 2. Free delivery when I ordered over £50 3. Turnaround time. Seeing as all have failed, I am now stuck two weeks on, having to buy the product elsewhere at my own postage costs. Overall, I am bit tired of having to chase orders I have paid for, not great customer service! Shame as it has some lovely items at good prices. I know things go wrong, but they have messed up and feel like I am being lied to. The discount code to say sorry will be really useful as I don't intend to order again :(

Love this site

Love this site , great range of products, affordable prices, love the reward scheme. Sometimes slight delay in delivery but always here within a week. Love their silicone full seat jodhpurs and recently used my rewards for referring a friend and also for a large salt lick and car air freshener. Happy days. Have recommended it to friends who have been happy with the products

Avoid this company

I ordered a pair of boots for my niece's birthday on 29th April, her birthday was on 8th May and I was expecting to receive the order before then. On 6th of May afternoon I received an email saying they do not have the item in stock and I will get a refund. So I had to pay for special delivery from somewhere else to get something for her present on time. If you have time and can find your item from somewhere else do it and avoid this company.

I ordered riding boots back in March…

I ordered riding boots back in March and returned them within the returns period and I have still not received a refund. I have emailed them several times with the returns tracking number and have still not had a response. Very disappointed.

Packaging to be improved!

Great selection of products and quick delivery, however 4/5 stars as the packing was so bizarre! I ordered two rug racks and a saddle rack plus a few a smaller items. The small items were in a small box, but the rug racks and saddle rack were bound together by cable ties and wrapped in cling film! Luckily there was no damage but it could well have arrived terribly scratched. Even a bin bag would have been better than cling film!

Overall I am satisfied but packaging could be improved for a more professional service, as the way it arrived is what I might expect for items bought from Facebook or eBay.

The best online equestrian store!

I love using GS Equestrian, they have a beautiful website, lots of products and the best part is you can use Klarna and the free shipping if you spend enough. It is the easiest online equestrian store to use and I will most definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommend!
