Typical monopoly behaviour

Typical monopoly behaviour. I missed a payment deadline once, despite having paid correctly for years, and their reminders were sent as promotional emails, so I never saw them. Instead of a reasonable follow-up, I received a letter from a bailiff demanding €330 for an original €72 invoice. For an organisation that presents itself as not-for-profit, this feels excessive and out of proportion. Proceed with caution.

Also, their backend where we can configure our codes is not particularly client friendly or nice to use.
