Great customer service. An absolute example of why you should buy from an independent. Good communication meant I managed to get the bike in time for my daughters birthday!

Amazing service. They called to double check some details on the address (my address is listed in two different ways) and to double check the part details to ensure compatability.

Super helpful after service care. Immediate response even out of business hours. Asking questions only a bike expert would know to go over and above to make sure everything was ok!!

Fantastic service and products. Roger goes out of his way to support you with repairing Tacx Flux trainers and clearly cares about his customers.

Appalling customer service. As it doesn't allow zero stars,I have had to opt for 1 star. This guy certainly lives up to his name ' Grumpy ' ...and arrogant.
My daughter purchased a bike for my grandson and when something went wrong she contacted them and was met with a very unprofessional response. They are desperately in need of some customer service training!

Fantastic service all round. Spoke on the phone after placing order for child's Forme Cubley 16 bike. Extremely polite and friendly and bike arrived the next day. By far the best prices and service. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Broken Tacx Flux S, found these guys doing Google search and a quick telephone call simply explaining the problem they knew exactly what the issue was, sent me the spare part, cnc machined aluminium tension arm complete to very comprehensive instructions and the job was done. Works perfectly well and I’m so grateful for Roger’s help and perseverance with helping me out.

What an amazing experience. This guy is the best! He could not have done more to make sure our purchase arrived in time. His communication was second to none. He really put himself out to make sure our purchase was delivered to ParcelForce in time and it arrived at our front door 19 hours later!!! I would recommend Grumpy Greyhound 200%. I’m a returning customer as the first bicycle I purchased for my youngest child he absolutely loved. This is the first time I spoke with Roger directly and he was a true delight. Roger supported me with my enquiry and I’ve therefore bought another bike that my eldest child will be just as excited with.
