Grow is a mental health platform built to enable progress — connecting people with thousands of qualified therapists vetted across specialties, identities, and lived experiences, covered by insurance. We didn't begin with a theory about the market. We began with someone trying to help someone they loved, with the realization that when someone you care about needs mental health support, the system can feel cold, confusing, expensive, and built to wear people down. So we built something better to help people find care they can afford, stay with, and actually feel supported by — care that doesn't just work, but makes progress possible. We are not only for crisis. We are for all the moments when someone decides they want more: more support, more clarity, more tools. Because our goal isn't just to help people feel better — it's to help people achieve their goals in life. That starts with finding the right therapist, which is why we make it easy to search by specialty, language, cultural background, and identity, with care covered by insurance, appointments available in as little as 2 days, and most clients paying around $21 per session. Many pay $0, and self-pay and sliding scale options are also available. We are committed to a mental health experience that's easier to begin, more affordable to maintain, and grounded in trust — rethinking not just how people access care, but how care feels, because life doesn't pause between sessions, and with Grow, support doesn't either. So far, 15 million sessions have started on Grow, each one a step forward for someone, somewhere, building the life they've always wanted. With 220M lives covered, appointments offered virtually or in-person, including evenings and weekends, and clear cost estimates with no subscriptions to worry about, it's no surprise that 80%+ of Grow clients report feeling better after starting therapy. I love my new therapist
I love my new therapist, Mary. I was a little scared to begin therapy again and didn't think I would find another therapist I liked that could really help very much. But Mary is a great fit for me! So glad I tried this company...they've been really helpful too. This is affordable, and I'm very pleasantly surprised!

Charged $165 no show fee for my daughter missing the appointment. She was in the emergency room and I offered to provide the ER discharge papers to prove it. Couldn't get a hold of them on the way to ER because they never sent any communication until the bill for the no show.

My experience with Sarah is great
My experience with Sarah is great. She makes therapy great. She listens. She attentive. She responds well to whatever I’m going through. She shows concern. She doesn’t tell you what to do. She doesn’t judge. Sarah suggests and gives solutions. I love talking to Sarah; She’s more than a therapist. She is someone who cares and it shows in therapy.
Patrick Mineghan cut into my zoom…
Grow Therapy guy cut into my zoom session 15 minutes. I took a Screenshot of the virtual room, as well as the time for time stamp, and he now still wants to charge me a No-Show Fee. Cheater! Liar!! Dishonest!! UNACCEPTABLE!!

Compassionate and caring
Over my adult years, I have interacted with mental health therapists many times for various issues. My therapist with Grow Therapy is exactly what I need to help me through difficult issues, including aging. She is older, as am I, and speaks confidently around aging and relationship issues. After only three or four sessions, I am already feeling more confident in myself and unafraid to challenge those who try to manipulate me. It's a great match!
