They don’t even refund your money.

I was interested in their extraction tool, but by mistake I purchased the LI Outreach Automation instead. They offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund, but even after a week of requesting it, I have received no response. I emailed their support team and even the founders, but no one replied. Be cautious — this company seems to be acting fraudulently.

Data accuracy is very poor (mostly Gmail and Yahoo addresses).
When faced with a less-known company, the system creates email addresses or company websites from the ground up.
Support isn't recognizing and repeats the same thing on and on and on that is is related to the "Search".
I strongly advice to run away and get a real service.

I contacted their chatbot to inquire about the refund policy and was informed that I could get a refund within 30 days for any reason. However, after subscribing, my refund request was denied. Additionally, the moment I used their tool, all my numbers were immediately banned — contrary to what they advertise. I felt the experience lacked transparency, and in my opinion, some of the staff appeared evasive when addressing the issue. This is simply my personal experience, and the choice is yours

I run a recuiting firm in the UK serving global clients, email and Linkedin mail dont work anymore - so I turned to Gopu at at GrowMeOrganic for his help with their Whatchimp tool.
Gopu helped me get Whatchimp set up, he was super patient and helpful and we now have the Whatsapp outreach tool that I had hoped for - very happy with the tool and the service provided, thanks guys : )

We've been using GrowMeOrganic from past 7 months and had overall a great experience with the outreach campaigns. We have around 150 email senders (SMTP) connected with GrowMeOrganic that we're using for the outreach and never had any issue with the platform.

GrowMeOrganic + LinkedIn Sales Nav = 🔥

The email finder chrome extension works like charm on sales navigator. It is by far the only tool that can scrape thousands of leads in just few minutes from LinkedIn. I love how everything is so inter-connected. Like, I can transfer all the scraped leads to the cold outreach CRM in just a single click. It is by far the best platform in our outreach tech stack.

By far the best service, I was recently introduced to GrowMeOrganic by a Podcast mentioning the tools' importance for any business that targets specific TG, at first I glanced and didn't think much about it, but at one specific time my marketing Leads completely stopped due to some internal issue, this is when I took GrowMeOrganic's service and wow! this took sourcing potential leads to ANOTHER LEVEL! my Marketing Team needs no place to look, The product and support are amazing.

My Sales team are now equipped with Cold Emailing and Lead sourcing which makes things much streamlined in my business.

I highly recommend using it.

Worst customer service I had encountered. Pride themselves with 4 years old company, but the dashboard went down out of sudden, and the support doesn't even care, cold response with few words without substance.

Reached out to their support but they reluctantly tell me I just have to just wait, and ignored my repeated questions why is the dashboard went blank out of sudden for a long while. After I kept insisted asking him to tell me how frequent should I expect this down time, then only he gave me vague answer that I just have to expect this unexpected and unforeseen down time on their server.

Also very unhelpful when I kept sending them the screenshots of where I can't access certain feature, where at one point it totally return server 500 error result, the customer rep just told me (and insisted) that its my connection issue, thinking I'm a 6 year old that I've no idea what 500 server error means.

The way that the customer rep attend my issue, its like he's been very reluctant on handling customer inquiries.

B2B enrichment for phone and email search is no use as most email address are estimated (90% invalid).
Useless to B2B engagement, you will waste a lot of your effort but GMO couldn't help you at the end.

You better use other software to engage will be more efficient.

Besides, beware of auto renew without notice. They will auto renew and charge you once subscription end without notice. And refuse to refund even approach them. They will said we not base in UK and not responsible to EU law and customer rights.
If you need a trial, please use one time only debit card to avoid this company.

A complete scam. I was assured once I purchased the growth package the linkedin app would be included.

However this is not the case. You pay the initial 99USD for the subscription, you are then asked for another 99usd to use the linkedin app.

STAY AWAY - we are a humanitarian agency working in refugee camps and this was made clear to them. We work in the poorest countries in the world, and paying for this has meant another project had to be comprised.

Horrible services including the founder, and the team.

I made a contact with them about one month ago, Anant "the founder" arranged a demo to discuss the questions I raised to him, but he did not turn to that, i did reach out and they re-arranged and he did not turn up. I was told he is busy, and then someone held the meeting and there were always delays in joining the meetings.

I subscripted to their "growth" plan, and then realized lots of bugs in their platform, the LinkedIn extension did not work at all and the platform itself sound silly compared to the other competitors. I sent them several emails including the "Founder" who I never heard back from.

I reached out to them again and was told Gopu will go through this. Gopu delivered the most inferior service I have ever seen.

I was so patient with them, luckily my bank deemed them as a scam and refunded the full amount to me and then my plan with Growmeorganic was suspended.

I do not recommend them at all. Poor customer service and their system will not serve your needs well.

Amazing cold outreach platform! Thank you, guys, for the toolset. Now, there’s no need in searching for separate instruments for each purpose. The triggered email campaigns are simply the best. And the pricing is good news too ;)
