Jianye was able to identify an issue with my Growatt solar battery, take it away for diagnostics and install a replacement unit under warranty. Problem sorted in two weeks from start to finish, great service.

The system itself was installed and works fine but less than 3 years later I want another 2 battery modules only to be told they don’t make them any more and there is no new model that I can deploy so I am stuck with a non- expandable system.

I would avoid them for this reason alone

Had an issue with one if my batteries, giving low voltage warning and locking out. Once I'd been in touch with Growatt UK support, I was given simple instructions to verify the issue, then advised a service visit would be arranged.
Was them booked in and visited within a couple of week, fault rectified.
Good communication and pleasant staff to deal with.

Really prompt response when my battery problem was reported to them. Their engineer (Jianye pu) arrived the next day and fixed the problem for me. Great service from a great company.

Battery problem that stopped all charging. Eugene from Growatt arrived promptly, he evaluated the problem carefully and reworked a number of components in the system. 100% perfect result. Growatt and Eugene did a brilliant 'no fuss' job of fixing the battery issue and even helped with some programming. 100% full marks - a 10/10 and great to see exceptional interest and work to resolve the issue we had.

I needed help to get the solar batteries working again and the engineer that came (Eu Jin) did that for me smoothly
They are working again and he also have me instructions on how to manipulate when the battery changes and discharges

bought a sph5000 hybrid inverter as an upgrade but inverter does not work with non growatt batteries so this is now just a basic inverter. Although batteries state it should work with it and lots of data online states it works. Turns out Growatt have blocked the use of non Growatt batteries being used.

Thank you very much. Ling has been extremely helpful, and it truly means a lot to us. After the issues we faced with our solar panel system and the lack of support from the previous company—who left us in a difficult situation after taking the money—finding genuine support and trust felt very rare.

Given that this was an expensive system, we were unsure what to do next. However, Growatt supported us throughout and helped us significantly during a very stressful time. The service has been reliable, professional, and reassuring.

I would definitely recommend Growatt. Their service is excellent, and based on our experience, I would choose Growatt again in the future. Special thanks to Ling and Yanni for being so supportive and helpful.

Had a message come up on shinephone app 'Low PV isolation' and PV stopped working. Called Growatt and Engineer did a firmware update advised it was a fault detection issue. All seems ok now. Growatt very quick and efficient (especially considering it happened New Years Eve) and im my opinion provided an excellent service

Representative arrived on time on the date arranged, and was professional and friendly. Spent some time going over the system and explained the issue. A new chip was installed which has remedied the issue. Recommended.

Charger system does not work well. VERY UNRELIABLE YOU WILL BE LEFT UNABLE YO CHARGE AT HOME. Very stressful. Customer service friendly enough but essentially the system is not worth the stress caused when it doesn't work which seems to be about 70% of the time.

The batteries was not working and Growatts turn up and replace it within a week. Happy day!

I called customer support for an issue with connectivity and updates. It took some time but the agent patiently explained the process.

It's good that the new APX batteries for three phase systems cam be installed when you only need 5kwh. Previous ARK model required a minimum of 7.5kwh to work for three phased systems. Good price quality ratio.

The engineer Lingxuan responded via WhatsApp immediately and made the adjustments from their end and now all sorted and running smoothly again .
