Great communication & excellent service.
My laptop was running really slowly & the charging port was broken.
Julian fitted me in quickly & kept me up to date every step of the way. My laptop was so slow and frustrating to work on & I didn’t think that I would be able to afford to have it fixed but he managed to source second hand parts to bring the cost down.
When it came to collection, he explained everything to me with pictures & a report.
Really happy with the service, my laptop is like new.
